The room when I first got there looked like they hadn’t changed the sheets and there was small bits of trash on the floor as if it wasn’t cleaned. I asked for it to be cleaned and they cleaned it with new sheets and everything.

There was no key card entry to outside doors so anybody could enter the facility. It was clean and there weren't any problems but the neighborhood could lend itself to mischief.

I stepped into the main lobby and immediately got hit in the face with a smell that was indescribable. The man at the front desk was watching Family Man, and I had to acknowledge him first. Great customer service. Then, I was advised that I needed to check in at some weird video kiosk. Umm, why? There’s literally a person behind the desk. Whatever, so, this guy calls me sir. I have a short haircut, but you can tell I’m a female, so that was neat. The whole exchange was just odd. From that kiosk you get a receipt with your room number and WiFi info, along with your room key. I then walked out to my car realizing I was never told how to get to my room. So I had to walk back in and ask. The outside of the building is run down, the landscaping is atrocious. Once inside, the smell was just awful. Can’t pinpoint it because it’s so weird. The room itself was ok, once you get past getting acosted by the obnoxiously bright lights. The walls has scuff marks, the shower didn’t look clean, the towels had a musty smell. The only good thing I have to say was the bathroom mirror was nice and the bedsheets smelled fresh. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you were beyond desperate.

There is noone on staff. You walk in and talk to a person on a screen. The only vending machine is a pop machine so I paid $3 and the bottle of Dt.Dew I got was EIGHT MONTHS EXPIRED. Had there been someone on staff I might have been able to get what I paid for. There was also screaming children until after midnight in the next room. There was also someone with a barking dog when pets were not supposed to be allowed. Had there been staff to deal with any of these issues it would have been nice. I will never stay at another Motel 6.

The check-in process has you use a kiosk, even with an employee at the desk. The hallways had a funky smell and hadn't been swept in probably weeks.The room was okay, not particularly dirty. The firmest mattress I have ever tried to sleep on, no give whatsoever under body weight. We checked out at 10:30, no snow plow had done the parking lot. There was 8-9" of overnight accumulation.

Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.

Definitely do not go here no laundry it takes forever to get your cash deposit I had to drive back with diesel being $5 and get $30 cause they said someone would check room in morning and no it was afternoon . Charged almost double for extra day . Never again

the motel smelled . no smoking allowed but you could smell . trash outside was over flowing and customer service was really poor i had to talk to someone on like a video call. he wasn't even on property would not rent a room here if it was the only motel ever
