The hotel staff was marvelous in it's professionalism, attention, and courtesy. The hotel was adequately clean although in need of paint. My room was very good, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is close to attractions and is easy to access by walking and public transportation.

Everything was great Just know that you're going to pay $20 a night for parking my partner also brought her a ride so that's an extra 40 bucks just so you know and it's not guaranteed if you take off that your spot is there other than that everything was fine

The staff was super nice. Parking was easy and affordable. Our room was great for what it was. I was guest of the day and got upgraded to a corner room. The room was basic but did the job. There was a bed, it was pretty comfortable. Make sure to bring your own bathroom hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They did supply plenty of towels as well as bars of soap. We did have a minor leak, but we think it was condensation. We informed the front desk at check out and the lady was extremely nice and said she would get maintance to look at it before the next booking. Checking in was super easy and quick. Honestly not a bad location either. Walking distance to little Italy and to the water. Will most likely stay here again. The best Motel 6 I have stayed in.

The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are big and clean with double locks. It's on the edge of downtown and a 510 minute walk from the bay and the gaslamp quarter. Be careful in this area, I'd not walk anywhere at night.

I stayed at this hotel for one night in downtown San Diego. It was only average, but satisfied my needs for the entire night and was satisfied. Much more affordable than a lot of other hotels. AC issue in the first room but receptionist was very helpful and helped me change rooms without any hassle.

I will never go back to this place. But this place is so good. The rooms are quite small but clean and the location is well located. The staff here are very friendly and kind. Also, the check out process is so simple. The name of Sandra was very sweet, which is the best part.

The employees were pleasant, which was great. It was in a fully booked hotel at the time, but they moved me to another hotel the previous three nights. I arrived in San Diego for the ev expo. The fact that there were three days of baseball at the same time is an unfortunate development. The hotel is in transit of the convention center. It was the nice news. One soap bar and towels were provided in the room. There are no extras like an iron or hairdryer. Both the washers and dryers were broken. There is one microwave in the laundry area. The premise looks shady, but no one bothers me during the five days I was there. Many street people, just a warning of our nation. The room was bare minimum. Dont get a room in the 101, 201, etc. side. You are facing a wall outside the window, and there are people living in the apartment. Both the building and the structure can be seen inside and outside. For privacy, I had the draperies closed. Plus, my first two nights were spent next to the laundry. They do their laundry all night. I know because all you hear are the machines.

Ice machine was broken. Hallway carpet needs washing or change. My room had no AC or regular air. It was hot.

This motel is located in San Diego, California. It is easily accessible by vehicles or walking. There is a series of rooms located on all floors, with an elevator for those who wish to not take the stairs. My room came complete with a bed and TV. I also enjoyed running water and a toilet. Smoking is prohibited. I found the staff most helpful and courteous. The tenants were also pleasant, for the most part, with the exception of a woman who looked at me with suspicion, as if she thought I was about to attack her.

David, Shena, Alex, and the rest of the staff are outstanding. Their professionalism, friendliness, and customer service made my stay a positive experience. My only concern is the condition of the property itself. Motel 6 corporate should invest in updating and maintaining the hotel, as the carpets and walls are noticeably worn. The staff works hard to provide a great guest experience, and the property’s condition does not reflect the quality of service they deliver. With some renovations and upkeep, this location could be exceptional.
