Hotel Tipton’s staff were fantastic. The entire property is very well maintained. The room was larger than a typical hotel room and had everything needed to provide a safe, comfortable stay. If you need accommodations in the area, I highly recommend Motel Tipton.

We were very pleased with our recent stay at Motel Tipton. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We particularly liked the fireplace feature and the newly installed shower insert. Business or pleasure, we highly recommend Motel Tipton. ☆☆☆☆☆

This motel was so cozy and homey that I wanted to stay another night. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and had all the amenities to keep me from being homesick. I felt comfortable and safe and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Motel Tipton!

Everything within the control of the owner/manager was perfect. Location is a bit remote and the convenience store across the street closes VERY early but that is not the Motel's problem. Very clean and the owner couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Will stay again for a Hawkeye football game weekend.

Quaint lil motel, clean, tv channels sucked lol, was awakened few times in night from people upstairs... But, all in all, was nice place to stay would def satu again if and when in the area
