Wonderful little place. Staf was very friendly and accommodating, even had the air going before we got there. When we went to check out, asked how we slept. Room was very spacious and very clean.

Super clean, comfortable, convenient place in Tipton. Manager is beyond helpful and kind, you can tell the place is well-cared for with thoughtfulness, like well-stocked coffee supplies, cute fridge and microwave, bottled water, thick fluffy towels, bidet, hair dryer, and great individual reading lights for reading in bed. Also had outside benches for enjoying the summer evenings.

We stayed here for one night in late June, 2026. Old school Motel, but up to modern standards. The manager was very responsive and kind. Unfortunately, we had to contact her at 2:00am (I felt bad waking her up) and she answered immediately on the first ring. The one question that is really the only important question is: would I stay there again? The answer is yes.

Highly recommend! Very lovely property that has been well maintained, the room was nicely decorated, clean and comfy. We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff were phenomenal! They had our room ready, bedside lamp on and all set up for us so we were able to go straight to our room when we arrived. Will definitely return!

Very friendly owner, fantastically clean property and clean room. We were talking about how we would actually go out of our way just to stay here or maybe stop by sometime again when we're visiting near the area to be away from the busier cities.

Tipton Motel was great! Our only complaint is the mattress was so soft.

Hotel Tipton’s staff were fantastic. The entire property is very well maintained. The room was larger than a typical hotel room and had everything needed to provide a safe, comfortable stay. If you need accommodations in the area, I highly recommend Motel Tipton.
