Was only in for one night for an event but the property was clean and well maintained. The reception was very kind and informative. The room was clean and no mattress or pillow complaints at all. The bathroom was very clean which is becoming rare these days. The room was equipped with refrigerator with ice maker(there are no ice machines on the floors), stove and microwave.

Was unaware that my room would not be cleaned. I came in on a Thursday and on Friday. I did tell the maid not to clean my room, but she did not say that the room would not be clean Friday night or Saturday night. I probably should’ve asked. Other than that everything was really good and I look forward to booking once again in the future.

Was not familiar with this motel chain but reviews looked good so thought we’d give it a try. It surpassed our expectations and the reviews were spot on. The facilities were excellent and a real value for the price. We will definitely be looking for “My Place” hotels in our future travels.

This hotel was a very good price. It had a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and stove in the room, which was also clean, a good size and comfortable. Parking was easy, the staff was friendly, and I am very happy with my stay there.

Parking was secure. Fridge and stove in kitchen for cooking... Staff was exceptionally nice!! Megan was very Patient with an elderly gentleman ❤️ checking in. We had a great stay.

My stay is usually great, but this time there were some minor inconveniences that did get addressed. My key card didn't work and I was about to get put into a room I didn't pay for. All in all the staff was very helpful and fixed everything. That's why I still give them five stars.

I was very pleased with my stay overall. The facility was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was consistently hospitable, pleasant, and quick to assist. The bathroom was tidy and well‑stocked with amenities. The one issue that stood out was the very low water pressure in the shower. It was the only drawback in an otherwise positive stay. That said, the water pressure in the shower was a noticeable and persistent drawback. It stood out as the only real flaw in an otherwise excellent experience. Given how important a good shower is to most travelers, I hope the owners take this feedback seriously. I’m confident other guests have mentioned the same concern and addressing it would significantly elevate the quality of the stay. Even with this issue, I continue to rate My Place highly and would gladly return—especially if the water‑pressure problem is resolved.
