The staff were amazingly helpful. I booked through a third party but the had travel issues after one of my flights was cancelled. The staff here were so helpful in getting the reservation straightened out.

I had to deal with Expedia and the manager on duty. Travis was extremely helpful and gave me great information. He made sure I was satisfied and got the reimbursement that was due from Expedia. My boyfriend really liked their eggs served at breakfast in the morning. He insisted I add that in my review. He wouldn’t stop talking about how delicious the eggs were. - MLW

Very nice hotel. Room was clean, staff was great/friendly, towels were soft, and we had a full size refrigerator and small/short microwave (smaller than ones we’ve had at other hotels, but you could heat up a small plate or reheat a beverage in their paper coffee cup). Breakfast was great! Waffles (with blueberry syrup as an option), scrambled egg circles (that were folded in half & had cheese in the middle), thin ham slices, cereal, oatmeal, toast, fruit, several different juice options, milk & pretty decent coffee. Eating area was large with nice seating options (benches, chairs, high stools) and hardly anyone was in there. (We were in the dining area on a Sunday morning about an hour before breakfast ended.) Bed was fine - not awesome but no complaints either. Hotel location seemed to be in a better part of town and there was ample parking. We were happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.
