Our original lodging was completely inadequate, but this was addressed. There was a double and two twins. Each mattress was worse than the other. Very old, thin, and stained. Even the box spring covers were completely stained on the outside. The room with a double was without air conditioning and there was no way air from the window unit would enter. The old maple dresser was badly painted over, and the drawers were creaky and falling out. It appeared to be something that would be refused at a neighborhood yard sale. I attempted to look past the issues, but when I lowered the blanket on the bed and saw clean sheets with cigarette holes, I was unable to go on. In the loft, we were pleasantly given a second room. This was a 2-bedroom apartment with a small kitchen area with a table, microwave, and refrigerator. It was a very nice size. The double bedroom had old mattresses, but the sheets were new, white, and fresh. The other room featured what appeared to be a new mattress and box spring. Each room had a window air conditioner. While the first apartment is a complete step up from the first, the apartment still requires tac. The neptune appears to be a tired, old, and used up building, but there is still some work to do.
