Room was clean and tidy. Tammy at the office was extremely friendly and helpful. Helped with a late check-in due to time constraints. Property has bikes you can take out to explore the town. Perfect distance from town center, traffic was not an issue during peak times, and close enough to make multiple trips during the day. Safe and free parking at the property.

We absolutely loved this place!!!! It was perfect! There were a few spider webs on the stairs, but that was it. The shower was great! The room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and professional from check-in to check~out. We can’t wait to come back!

I love that this place is away from the tourist traffic. It’s quiet and I had a nice sunset view from upstairs. The decorations are adorable with a modern contemporary vintage style. The only thing that was not working so well was the remote control for the TV. And I was shocked that Telemundo wasn’t in the channels, because this was during the World Cup. Maybe if you would like to disconnect from media and tv, this would be great for you. However, WiFi is available, so bring your laptop! There was no iron and ironing board, but thank goodness a blow dryer and flashlight were in there. The lady from who’s there from 9-7 had tried her best to fix the tv situation. She was very informative too. Make sure you check the room and amenities before 7pm. It was nice and clean except for the blinds. The shower knobs are a little tricky, but it wasn’t a big deal. Wonderful stay, I would definitely come back.

Clean room with street parking available right outside our unit. We had a hiccup with getting into our unit since we arrived at the property after 7:00 PM. The staff at New Haven sent check-in directions through the Expedia website but it did not show up on our end. We got a call back immediately from a staff member and got into our unit. Overall, a very sweet and convenient place to stay in Solvang.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to book a room!! Perfect location and a great little town to visit! We did the free trolly to learn more about Solvang, went to a great play in town, shopped, and had dinner. Stopped by Paula’s Pancake cafe on the way out of town and had a great breakfast! Hope to go back to Solvang!

Self check in. No employee contact. Great, well located property. Safe. Loved the ice machine outside. Nice bed. On Hotels.com the picture of room #13 shows a tub/shower combo and there was just a shower. I was not pleased because I wanted a bathtub. Please correct this. Otherwise a nice stay.

We absolutely adored this sweet little inn! It was a 2 story place with 1 King, 1 Queen and a sofa bed. 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. It was an easy walk to the whole little town. We wished we could've stayed longer. We will definitely be staying again.
