We loved this place. Convenient location to RMNP. Trout stream right on the property that is fishable. Room had everything we needed. Restaurant on property is also really good.

The resort is conveniently located very close to the park. The staff were extremely helpful and promptly resolved an issue with the carbon monoxide detector. The room was clean, and the checkout process was quick and straightforward.

We had the most restful nights sleep, with the windows open and the sound of the river. This was our 2nd stay at Nicky's and we will stay there again.

We loved our stay at Nicky’s. We were visiting to go hiking, and explore the Rocky’s. Nicky’s is very close to the RMNP entrances. Our hotel room was clean, a good size and the bed was comfortable. It had everything we need. The AC works and we were kept cool and comfortable the entire night. Getting the key was easy with the instructions and it was a quiet mountain lodge. If you’re expecting a luxury four seasons, this isn’t it. It’s a lodge in the mountains, with character and charm and beautiful views!! We had a great time and would definitely come back.

No breakfast that I was aware of in Estes Park. Property around room and cabins in disarray. Pool ,barbaque/grills not in working order and generally pretty messy outside and surroundings but my room was excellent. Sitting on my deck overlooking river was the best!

The weather was a little chilly, no fault of the management. The ice machine was out of ice.
