The pool was very nice but needs some repair with caulking around edge and missing tiles. The room was very nice, clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was so so. Staff, especially at front desk was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay would definitely stay there again

They had an indoor heated pool. Loved it. They also had an outdoor pool. Both had hot tubs. You could set timers on the jets. The housekeeping staff was very nice and brought new towels and things when needed. Breakfast was good. The hardest part was pulling out of the parking lot. However it's just like that wherever you go down there.

The room was very clean. The pool looked clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly. We loved that our room had its own private balcony that overlooked the pool. We could see the fireworks at the Island from our balcony. Very family friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.

The room was very clean. The pool looked clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly. We loved that our room had its own private balcony that overlooked the pool. We were pleasantly greeted when we arrived. Check in was quick and information about breakfast and any extras we might need was offered. Room was spacious and very clean. Not a private balcony but within a few steps out of our door was rocking chairs to enjoy the view, sights, and sounds of Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was filling with waffles, boiled eggs, muffins, and cereal. Along with several other items. The location was on the Gatlinburg end and more quiet than other places we stayed. We anticipate a return visit.

I had a great stay at the Norma Dan Motel. The staff was genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure guests felt comfortable.
