I must praise Bale Shaka 120 for the show on the water at 3711 beachside tiki bar. Take care of the bar, breakfast, and pool side service. Really great personality, service and music. We will return to see Bale.

After our journey, we needed a place to stay for a few days. I searched for a safe, clean, and close to the ocean. We were a little concerned because we made one last-minute travel deal that we had never seen before, but we were pleasantly pleased to discover it to be reasonably pleasant. Keep in mind that it is a motel and not a hotel. However, the length of the beach is only a 5 minute walk away, as well as good food and beverages are a 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown LAXBYTHEA, which has some wonderful restaurants. We felt absolutely safe walking around the neighborhood during the day. Although we were a little more cautious at dusk, we never encountered any problems and never observed anything shady. The winn dixie across the street has snacks and booze, and the ocean bar and grill down the street serves excellent mahi fish fry! The best I've ever had. To be honest, the nighttime road noise was a bit loud, and I wouldn't describe it a peaceful hotel by any means. But earplugs helped us out. As always, be attentive of your surroundings and make reservations with confidence. You won't be disappointed.
