Well as you know we stayed there a lot and the rooms are great and comfortable beds. Great air condition next to the pier next to Food access to the beach literally walk out your door awesome 10 out of 10 would recommend anybody stay there.

The motel was clean, staff friendly and parking was free and plentiful. Our view was from the side of the hotel but it was fine. Conveniently located and quiet. We had never been to Oak Island and I’m glad we decided to go! Our room was newly renovated and while there was not a lot of extra amenities, it was more than enough for our basic needs. Someone had mentioned in another review that there was no shampoo/conditioner/lotion and I found that to be helpful and I was prepared. The pier beside of the motel cost $2 a person to go out on and the restaurant was very good as well. Overall a wonderful experience and we are planning on returning!

This quaint beach hotel was everything the doctor ordered. Reasonably priced, right on the ocean. The room was comfortable, good shower. My only drawback was the mattress was a hard sleep. We could feel the springs and all woke up a little sore. The room was very clean and modern. Nice having the pier so close. The restaurant was good but quite pricey, better meals can be found inland .

The ocean was visible from our room. The room was "older" but clean and a great location. We added another night because we loved hearing the waves crash on the beach! Will stay again.

The room was smaller than I expected, but we weren’t in it except to sleep! We did find the mattress to be very firm & actually uncomfortable for both of us, but it was just for one night, so it was ok. The ladies at the front desk were kind and very helpful! Conveniently located - we enjoyed dinner at Tranquil Harbor nearby, got groceries at the Food Lion. Will definitely visit again!!

This was the cleanest place I ever stayed. The rooms were basic but there were a lot of small things that showed a lot of thought was put into making it a step above for example the rooms had a safe for valuables. The beds were comfy and the towels were nicer quality than many other places I've stayed. I loved being right on the beach and so close to the fishing pier. This place was so ideal for a relaxing vacation. There was plenty of parking. I constantly saw staff outside working on the grounds. The staff was so friendly and it was pleasant to chat with them. Checkin and out was easy. I will definitely be back here. Loved the close proximity to other islands and beaches but you truly could come here and never leave the parking lot or the island if you wanted to. There is a restaurant next door although I didnt eat there this time. I can't say enough good about this place to do it justice. I wasnt sure what to expect being that it was my first time here but my experience was great and I want to stay here again in the future, I won't even look elsewhere because this was just too perfect and so cozy, comfortable, and clean.
