We stayed in a huge room with 3 queen beds for me and husband, our 3 kids ages 6-12, and an 18 month old. It was plenty big for everyone plus a pack-n-play for the baby. We got some takeout and brought it to our room for dinner after a long day making our way there. I was slightly worried at first because the pictures kind of made it seem a bit dated, but everything was extremely clean and new, no odd smells or anything. An absolutely lovely place with really interesting nautical decor that my kids absolutely loved. It's very conveniently located, really close to beaches and restaurants, as well as literally right next door to the fun aquarium. (If you stay here, take a drive down the Howland Hill Road through a bunch of amazing redwood groves.)

The hotel was a great home base to explore the Redwoods National Park and Jedediah State Park. The family sized room with three queens was a hit as well as the cappuccino machine and the great breakfast. When we want to see Crescent City again, this is our choice for accommodations.

The rooms were clean and well furnished and the staff was friendly and helpful. Helped us understand where to find the Redwoods we had come a long way to see. The computers weren't working when we first arrived and the fellow at the desk was very frustrated that he couldn't get us checked in right away. He was able to resolve the problem and soon got us settled in. The breakfast was nicely done and well stocked. We just had a very pleasant stay.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. I thought it a little weird that the sink was way out in the room compared to where the toilet was but it was still a nice stay.

We have stayed at the Oceanview Inn several times. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is so nice and attentive. I have seen the rooms being cleaned and they do such a thorough job. The location is convenient to coffee shops and restaurants. I will continue staying here when we are in Crescent City.
