Unique rustic and well placed, this small gem of a place has more to offer than most places that cost twice as much. The room was ice cold, a short walk to the falls, shops, visitor center, rafting, etc. It was quiet, yet still in the middle of town. You can't ask for more than that.

Let's start off with this. We had a little trouble finding the place because of road closures from a storm that rolled through the town a day prior. What a nice location though!! Perfectly placed to accommodate everything we wanted to do as a family. The issue I had and it's the only issue was the refrigerator was not running well and the freezer and fridge caused my food to have to be thrown away, now yes that stinks and was unfortunate, but the staff made me very happy and were more than accommodating, they even went and purchased a brand new fridge for the room. The problem however was the power outage that occurred sometime after, that really put a damper on the trip, but we made the best of everything. When I went online to try to cut my trip short and leave , I asked for a partial refund for the room and for the food that I had lost. Not only did Expedia and Ohiopyle Suites take care of me , but they refunded my entire trip. Talk about customer service. I will return 100% in the near future to go rafting hiking and biking again. We really had a great time and the issues that we did have well , they were not caused by the staff or anyone else. It was just mother nature doing her thing. Thank you again for all the help and the accomodations that came with the stay. Aces in my book. -RD

The property is convenient for those of us arriving by bicycle. I didnt like the way I got messages, so many emails with a link with a list of messages and no way to tell which ones I had already opened and read. When I called a bit confused, the staff person said all the info was in the messages... but then answered my questions nicely. The room was big enough to store our two bikes without being a hazard. The place was clean and the co tine tal breakfast room Was well supplied. Recommend for through bikers.

The place is conveniently located. We could walk to everything. It was easy to ark in the parking lot. The free breakfast was great. Loved the kitchen area. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was supplied with all amenities.

The room was very spacious with two bedrooms, a living area and fully stocked kitchen. The breakfast room, in another part of the inn, was well equipped with lots of food choices. The deck had comfortable chairs to sit on and a great coffee house was across the street. The staff was exceptional. Two days after leaving, I realized I left a pair of shoes in the bedroom. I never really expected to see them again, but when I called September answered, had the shoes and mailed them back to me. I couldn’t be more grateful. Great little town and right down the road from Fallingwaters. I highly recommend.

This place was very nice and clean . We really enjoyed our stay . The only downfall was the WiFi wasn’t the greatest . But other than that I recommend staying here .
