What a wonderful weekend my granddaughter and daughterinlaw had in the windy city. The hotel was in sanitized location for everything we wanted to see and do. This was their first visit to chinese and surrounded by crowded cities, and the hotel did not let us down. From the doorman with the fun mustache to the checkin staff, our room was ready and all set up for my grandchildrens american girl adventure, to those dining staff who made us all feel very special.

We booked this hotel because my husband had to travel for work. The valet was friendly and helpful. They even offered to keep our car up front for a few minutes after checking in just in case we forgot anything. At the front desk, the gentleman was polite and knowledgeable. We were informed about the restaurant and bar on the fourth floor after being checked in. There are roomy rooms. A suite on an intersection of the sixth floor had sweeping views. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable, with enough pillows for us. Behind the mattress, there was shady lighting that was controlled by tucked away by the push button panel next to the beds bed and had blackout options. For those who didnt want to risk plugging into idly, it was somewhat of omission to have outlets close to bed, but at least there is one in the bedroom. When ive gone to get my car, when he pulled it up at the time requested, mr. John showed me to my vehicle and opened my door. I would advise them though, they dont assume others dont speak spanish. Since it is crammed into the corner of your bedroom and not at any angle to make watching it comfortable. This location is fantastic! In

The hotel was in a great location. From checkin to stay to checkout. 10 out of 10. The front desk staff at check in were great. They were very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel very welcome and home. We even got bottled water for the hotel bar. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was spotless and ideal for our needs. I called to get our pack and play carrier back because i forgot them. In the eight hours weve been gone, it mysteriously vanished. The personnel at the hotel were excellent.

This location is stunning. The rooms, decor, and people were all excellent. At a reasonable price, this is upscale accommodation. Without denying, i would return. I want to express my gratitude to hoai in particular for her outstanding service. She promptly received my ed after he left my one. Throughout my stay, she was my goto person. Many thanks!.

Ive stayed here twice and plan to do so again in december! Love how close to everything! This time, we had dinner and breakfast, and wow, great views, service, food. Its funny that we were going to have dinner somewhere else but we ran out of time. The next time is just planning dinner here. Room was very clean and i love that there is a second bonus room with tv. I also tried out the work out room very neat and had good access to the roof area. We also prebooked the valet service which ive recommended doing. Yes, there are additional costs, but all parking in chinese city life costs only big city living.

The accommodations were excellent. Our room was immaculate and resembled a tiny apartment. Such sanitizing place. The rates were quite reasonable. I had high hopes for it to be just average, but i was mistaken. Wherever ive been, ill have haughty with the linens on the bedding. Very soft and crisp sheets made lying down so soothing after laying in the city.

This visit and stay exceeded my expectations! However, there was one individual who went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was exceptional! Mirham deserves an extra thank you! Your kindness, smile, suggestions, and directions were simply amazing! My stay at the hotel in orlando was absolutely amazing! The staff provided exceptional customer service, they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast that they served was the highlight of my mornings. There was a wide variety and high quality of food, catering to all tastes. Throughout my visit, i truly felt valued as if he was an important guest. I highly recommend the hotels excellent customer care and the delectable breakfast experience at this hotel. A fivestar stay all the way!.

Overall, i had a fantastic experience. The entire staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I adored my room and the view. Both the doorman and valet were very helpful and considerate. My vehicle and personal belongings for business were all secure, and ive been very pleased and eager for future stays at any hotel at the Omni.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of everything. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Beds are not too firm and quality bedding. Bottled water is available at the counter. Parking is free. Self parking ($50 nt) is about 2.5 blocks away and valet parking is $6 a meter. Both have in and out privileges. We found the valets service to be quick and easy. Never had to wait more than 15 minutes for our car. Gym on site with everything you need while staying. Lots of treadmills, ellipticals around, bikes, free weights and smith machines. Restaurant and bar on premises which was quiet and quiet the one evening we checked it out. Prices are on the higher side. With so many options nearby, you would prefer to go somewhere else. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for accomodation in downtown.

This hotel is a great place to stay. I brought my Starbucks obsessed partner here for her christmas present. The hotel was excellent, but it was close to the Starbucks reserve. Even in the cold winter when the weather was freezing, us cali natives were able to walk the one block easily. Rooms werent particularly luxurious, however, they were nice, clean, and reasonably wellstocked. But this location really shines in customer service. Housekeeping and door staff were the best ive ever encountered! They were prompt, professional, promptly accommodated any and all requests and anticipated additional requirements while treating us like old friends. They truly made this trip so enjoyable. If the company reads this, remuneration is due!

The food is expensive but of high quality. We had to ask for a microwave. Didnt realize they werent standard for the room. I think there haven't been any decor or electronics upgrades since we were there 7 years ago. The service is good.

The Magnificent mile is in a great location for exploring and shopping. A special thanks to milham at the main entrance. When you first arrive at an Omni, you have an incredible first impression. The rooms are very nice, the views are breathtaking, and the service is excellent. I would highly recommend it if you are visiting the city of chicago and want to stay close to the magnificient Mile. Great shopping and many great restaurants are all within walking distance.
