The staff were all very nice and helpful. We had a great time and would return. This was the best courtyard Ive ever stayed in, and a very positive experience overall. We stayed here because we had a medical appointment in the Sutter Gould buildings across the street, so the location was perfect for us. Generally, the area is a bit shady, but quite close to the theatres and not far from Union Square by car. When we got there at the beginning, our room was available, and we were able to check in. We were also permitted to enter the parking lot because I needed handicapped parking. The parking lot is really small and crowded, but it is gated for security, and we were informed there is also another parking lot across the street. Onsite parking costs 49 per night, which I thought was steep but worth it for us. The hotel interior is beautiful and recently renovated. The room itself was a little small but nicely furnished. You can stream from your netflix, etc accounts as well. We asked for additional pillows, which they provided, and we loved them!

I stay here for 3 nights this week. My stay was great, I feel safe here. We stay at this place for 3 nights. The facilities are clean, the staff are really helpful.

In comparison to other hotels, Tes seems to be smaller than average. If you need a calm area, the neighborhood appears fine. While the female front desk employee was unimpressive, everyone else was very pleasant. The hotel is recently renovated, contemporary, and spotlessly tidy. Above average for a courtyard-branded hotel. Although the hotel does not provide breakfast offerings, there is a motel right next door. I wish they were more likely to offer coffee or other items in the pantry for guests to buy. The room has a coffee maker, but it isn't as good as freshly brewed coffee. The complimentary laundry is a nice touch, and there is a fantastic gym, though it is very dimly lit. Although small, the mattresses and bedding, which are perhaps standard but more recent, seem to be newer and are mediocre.

My experience is quite satisfying here. I recommend this hotel. This is a very nice hotel. It's fun to use a key card to enter the hotel! It gives a safer feel to the stay. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is well maintained. However, it's not known how long it was renovated. It seems brand new. Will stay here again.
