The staff in the lobby were super helpful. Check in was a breeze. My partner and I have stayed here before but the room given to us this time was smaller and did not have a fridge or microwave, previous stay did, so we packed some cold and microwaveable items thinking every room was the same. Contacted front desk to see if we could get a room with a mini fridge and microwave but they were booked for the night. She did offer to warm up our food in the lobby which was super helpful! We did bring a cooler so that kept our food cold for the night stay. Room was clean, the property itself was amazing and only a short drive to the House of Blues. Will definitely stay here again but will call to clarify whether the room has the amenities needed since rooms differ.

The rooms were very well maintained. There is some road no is so you may want to request quieter rooms if that is bothersome to you. Great A/C pool and other amenities were excellent. If you want to have rooms together make sure when booking you specify this and double check prior to your arrival.

We stayed for my daughter’s soccer tournament. Room was clean, pool was nice, and laundry room onsite. Perfect for a short weekend.

The room was super clean and the shower was awesome! The only downsides are the walls being a little thin, but it was overall a great stay for the price!

The hotel is not impressive from outside, but has most of the features you can see in the big chain hotel. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the window AC is easy to use, even the mini fridge is big enough for my leftover. Even better, the parking is free and you can request the room clean up every day or every other day. It locates next to I-5, so it’s convenient to drive around So Cal, but not noisy. The only downside I noticed is no elevator to the 2nd floor. You need to have some effort if your room is in the 2nd floor.
