The room was clean and they came and clean and changed the towels everyday. The balcony was clean but a little hot by the air conditioner unit. But overall the room was nice and the bed was comfy for me.

This place has comfortable beds, spotless rooms, and very clean pools. Great location, convenient to beach shops, food, just down the road from Walmart and Target. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend this place to stay!

Check in was easy, the information provided during it helped later in the visit. The ability to use both properties was a plus. The staff were friendly when we encountered them. The room was clean and smelled clean. The AC was in working order and kept the room comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were somewhat lacking but we still slept well. The dishes, microwave, stove and fridge in the room were a big help during our stay. We enjoyed the balcony facing the ocean and the chairs they provided on it. We found drying our towels and swim clothing was easy from the balcony. We did not participate in the movie nights, popcorn or coffee and tea. The property was not overly noisy from guests. The location was not far from several restaurants and stores. We really had no issues, or complaints from our stay that were attributed to the property.

The room was extremely clean and extremely well maintained throughout our entire stay. Our room was completely remodeled and in excellent condition. Every member of the staff we dealt with or ran across, was completely professional, friendly, and went out of their way. The property is in a perfect location with incredible ocean views . The owners of this property should be proud of the facility and the staff they put together !

The double queen room was perfect for my daughter and I. The small kitchen had everything we needed. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also, it is right on the beach, which has loungers or chairs with an umbrella for rent at a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff and location are outstanding. Sure, the hotel could use a refresh, but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The back balcony was amazing, offering unobstructed views of the ocean. If I am in Panama City Beach again, this will be my first choice.

The daily cleaning service was great. All of the staff is helpful. With 3 pool, hot tub, multiple decks, tiki bar and small grill, with a few outdoor game set next to the beach. More than enough to keep my 2 tweens busy with the ocean and properly amenities. Will be back.

The Osprey is a wonderful place to stay if you have kids and if you are looking for a more budget friendly option. We never struggled with parking (crazy for 4th of July week), the staff was super sweet, and we had a clean room + made beds everyday. Private access right to the beach and their tiki bar was a cute, added plus. Shoutout to the bartender doing it all! It’s family owned and it shows! It felt like a close community and there were staff around the property everyday ensuring it was clean and kept. 10/10 recommend! I’m *pretty sure* every room in the OSPREY part are oceanfront rooms. (Don’t hold me to it) our balcony was on the 3rd floor and it was a gorgeous view of the gulf everyday. Not to mention the full equipped kitchen !
