I had a great time at my hotel! There are plenty of activities to keep you busy at the hotel. The staff was really friendly! Its also conveniently located near the strip! Dispensaries are literally directly across the street! On the bus line, you can take route 202, which ran back and forth to the strips every 30 minutes for around $2! Will return!.4,8/525 Apr 2024

I didnt stay at the hotel. I went to laguna pool house and kitchen for dinner. It was the best experience under new management, let me tell you. When i visited this restaurant in 2019 in 2019, ive been amazed by the customer service. Three years have passed since it was closed. We jokingly wanted to go, but when it actually opened, we had dinner with our daughter. Our server was leo, and he was by far the greatest! Talk about consistency. There are no other words to describe the experience we experienced at this establishment. Highly recommended.4,6/525 Agt 2024

I had a great time in savoring lone suitestyle studios in los angeles during the super bowl! Surprise booking by my client! I loved having tv, balcony, and jacuzzi tub! The room was clean and comfortable but also gave me the excitement and atmosphere of lanzaia with the amazing view of the strip! Highly recommend, if you dont mind the squeeze, stay here for parties up to 4 and 5! Short distance from main palms casino and resort - visit the 6th floor on the open hours for food and drinks and the lobby floor for coffee or. Drinks!.4,6/513 Jun 2024

We stayed in the penthouse suite. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. They have free valet parking and free parking onsite. You can walk next door to the casino. Rooms had basic needs. We didnt have any plates, bowls or silverware, strange how useful our kitchen would be? By the way the internet is terrible! Its 20 minutes from the strip in traffic. This is why i gave the location three stars. There was no easy way to get to this strip without traffic but the beds were comfortable. A hot tub by the window between the bedroom and living room? The location is in a shaded area, but its nice to be off the strip. There is sytay market and many restaurants nearby. The rooms are great because they have kitchens. Clean hotel. Its nice not to have billiards, although you can walk on the walkway and have access to palms casino. Some of their amenities are not as good as they used to. If you go to the gym, just know there is no bathroom. Also at the pool i know waitresses but it works if you want to get drinks and food. Great gym except for lack of sanitary facilities. Pool doesnt allow towels to come back together which is odd. Hotel offers room service and valet parking. So parking is also super quick and easy. Ive stayed at this hotel many times, however this is my first time returning since covid and it was sadly disappointing. However, the room itself was great.4,6/521 Feb 2024

The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful in helping with room assignments. The store in the lobby has a good selection of things needed to have sanitize the night or day. Wine is $20, shooters are $8, chips, cups, and shot glasses. Pool is currently closed until march Madness. There is free parking and valet service. Laguna restaurant also has some delicious food options. Cleaning costs $90.70 and extra charges are $100 per night. Still no balcony access.4,6/529 Sep 2023

Excellent value and service! Compared to other hotels in the area, the palms are reasonably priced. Our room had an amazing view of the mountains and the strip! We thought the hotel was secure, and it was spotless. The security was excellent! The staff was really helpful. Within 20 minutes of our reporting it, we reported the sink in our room that had been backed up.4,4/519 Jun 2024

This was my first time staying at this property. At first, i wasnt going to stay because there were mixed reviews about it. After seeing the view and all the amenities that come with staying here, decided to book. From the time he checked in until a day eve ill leave, everyone was friendly and very nice. There was free self parking as well as utmost valet service, which was very good for me because ive always been in and out and it didnt take long for them to get my car. The view was amazing, especially at night. I stayed in the onebedroom suite. It had septic tank, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, living room with an open balcony, and incredibly relaxing jet hot tub. Because there are three shower heads, the shower was also fantastic. Even cable tv with ninja. Lets not forget the wonderful fireplace that set the mood. Very clean and smelled fresh. Bed was so comfortable and quiet. We loved that everywhere we went was at least 5-10 minutes away, so we didn't have to go too far and there werent many places you could walk to. When contacted to let them know they had moved me to refunded my day of pay without any issues, they got me refurbished in 5 minutes. For me, customer service was everything.4,4/517 Mei 2024

I would strongly recommend visiting for a brief vacation or just escaping for one night. On saturday morning, i was greeted warmly by ruthie, the lady who works as tv. I had a great time and wished i could have stayed longer! Although ive not interacted with many employees, the ones whose presence matched my expectations were all very friendly. The bed was quite cozy, and the room was opulent. For me, having savoring the jetted tub in the space was an extra bonus. My only issue was that there were no water bottles or coffee in each room, nor was there bottled water or tea in them. Additionally, it was only open until 6 p. M., which is, in my opinion, early to close. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment. Excellent location as well.4,4/517 Mar 2023
