Just a little taken aback for the $100.00 deposit for an ADA service animal. Was told to call back in two days to follow up on refund status. I would recommend that you take photo evidence of room at checkin. There was no checking of the room by staff at checkout so I would document that as well just so there are no issues as there was uncertainty on the timing of the refund. The only written documentation is the charge receipt.

Room was dirty, run down. It was in a sketchy area and I was worried my vehicle would be broken into. The others guests were very sketchy. The staff was nice and helpful.

Old towels with stains and holes, property not maintaned outside and sketchy looking. Inside was fair and clean, but had no running water when we arrived. Had to leave within 30 min and find somewhere else to stay due to time constraint for an obligation and had no way to get ready for it. The water situation wasnt relayed at check-in.

Terrible hotel. Dingy, dirty, no tv service, staff at checkin showed no service skills. Never again.

Be advised - do not stay at this property unless you're absolutely forced to. I only stayed there because all the surrounding hotels were terribly expensive for a one-night stay and this hotel was 'pet friendly'. I have stayed in some rough hotels before, but this one was absolutely terrible! My room was not cleaned. Hair in the sink, the towels were still wet (like they were not fully dried or fluffed). No soap or cups or other bathroom items were stocked. The curtain covered the window, but was half-way hanging off one end. The wifi kept dropping off every couple of minutes. I asked to be moved to a 'clean' room, but folks, it wasn't much better. The only reason I stayed was that it was late, it was storming out, and I just wanted to get some sleep and hit the road. Needless to say, I slept on top of the sheets and brought my own blanket to cover up with. I'm not sure how they stay in business.

The pool had no water, the towels were dirty in the room, the breakfast was pop tarts and cold coffee. Charged $50. Deposit on top off the room. Will never stay there again .

The room was filthy, food all over the floor, polaroid pictures of random people hanging on the wall, car tree air freshener hanging to cover the awful stinch. The curtains were taking off the pole, towels were stained with hair on them. The outside looked like a land fill.

Almost the nastiest place I have stayed in. They list a pool but it was empty except for stagnant black water. I did like the fresh fruit and pop tarts at the continental breakfast. Spend a little more and stay at a reputable chain motel.

The room was filthy, blood on the walls and chair, multiple areas scuffed and painted over, bed was broke, ceiling falling down in the bathroom and individuals on drugs hanging out in the parking lot with stolen shopping carts.

Maybe I should have read the reviews for this property, but when I arrived I felt like I was checking into the Bates Motel. Had to knock on the door to the office to check in then went to my room. Room had no typical amenities such as an iron, a hair dryer, ice bucket, cups, coffee maker, etc. Very loud outside all night and also someone blasting music at 4 am in another room. Overall, the exterior of the property was in disrepair and very tired.

This place is a dump. It’s nasty, dirty, smells, and unsafe. It should be condemned.

None of the electrical outlets worked in my room. Had to have a power source for my computer. Asked for a different room with working outlets and was told no. I had to go to a different hotel, so this stay cost me double what it should have! Not happy at all!

Waited in lobby to check in, no one was at the desk. We were told the person was at Walmart . So we left.

The smell as you walk into the lobby is the first clue not to stay there. I checked in and when i was walking to my car to get my bags a gentleman stopped me who had stayed for a week and said you do not wavy to stat here. The bugs are over taking over, the bedding is old and not clean the pillows have a smell you won't ever get out of you nose. With that information I simply went one block away and booked the Best Western and didn't even ask for a refund. I'm so glad with my decision not to stay there.

The hotel key didn’t work. Tried several times and got another key and the same. Finally they moved me to another room. The water didn’t not work. Finally they told me to turn it on at the sink and toilet. The toilet would fill but water would continue to run so I turned off. When I went to flush toilet the flapper and handle would not work. Parking are has holes and bumps. Maybe there still remodeling but keep it closed til the repairs are made. It looks nothing like the picture on line.
