The staff here are amazing they are so nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was much more than we had expected and cookies and lemonade in the afternoon was a special treat again not expected but a nice touch. Our room was somewhat dated but we’re not there to spend time in the room. My only complaint would be to please update the bed it was not comfortable at all. But I would still give this place 5 stars and recommend it to anyone. Lots of great places to eat in the area and close to places of interest.

The property has a classic“old Florida” charm that is not flashy or overdone—instead, it feels cozy, laid-back, and genuinely welcoming. Parmer's has that homey, relaxed vibe that makes it easy to settle in, unplug, and enjoy the simple pleasures of the Keys. It’s the perfect setting if you’re looking to escape the hustle and just breathe for a while. It’s tucked away in a quiet spot, giving you that “away-from-it-all” feeling, yet you’re still just a short drive from great food and local favorites. Places like Kiki’s, Square Grouper, and Tonio’s are all nearby, and there’s even a fun little taco spot a few miles down the road that’s worth checking out. The amenities really add to the experience without feeling overwhelming. There’s a small private beach where you can relax by the water, plus bicycles, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards available so you can explore at your own pace. Excellent place for a quiet, convenient and highly accessible location bybland or by sea in the lower keys. Awesome sandbar location just minutes away by boat. Old Florida feel really makes it like home. I will definitely be back

Staff was helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is not enough soap/shampoo for more than 1 night. Other than that, excellent place to stay...nothing fancy but clean, comfortable and close to Key West and other points of interest. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful waterfront property with private beach, multiple piers, paddle boards, kayaks, laundry and a great continental breakfast; plus cookies, lemonade and coffee in the afternoon! Great loation at the top of the lower Keys. We'll be back, all the way from Seattle.

“Cute Costal Cottages”. We stayed in the “Snapper”. Beds very comfortable, staff very attentive and friendly. We had private outdoor seating facing water. We enjoyed the hammocks in the shade. They serve lemonade and cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast was a great plus. There was a daily charter right at our pier, the couple who ran it were very friendly. We have traveled a lot and know what to appreciate, don’t skip Palmers! Did I mention comfy bed and bend over backwards staff?
