Nicole was helpful with out late check in. Location was very cool--right next to the levy where you could see ships going up the river. Great screened in porch to sit and relax and visit with other guests. The breakfast part was pretty meager--toast, cereal and poptarts. But the coffee was decent. Nicole was friendly and gave us some nice parting gifts. Would definitely stay here again.

Pattys place is a very unique interesting place. It is clean and has a homey feel. Patty communicated instructions to us very clearly. We will stay again if we are in the area.

Staff was helpful and accommodations were good especially since we found it at the last minute. Screened in porch was nice and the restaurant with bar nearby within walking distance was very convenient.

Comfortable and clean accommodations . Wonderful caretakers of Patti's Place who are down to earth people who just want to make your stay a memorable one. Would stay again when we return to Venice Louisiana to fish again.

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by how cozy our room was and the bathroom had a great tub. Not at all like a fish camp which is typical for around here Owners were in contact with us for all our needs. We made use of the common living room and were able to relax watching TV after a day of fishing. Next door was a restaurant with excellent food. We will be back!

The only negative thing is the small room and we were the only guests in the entire hotel. Even with the lower price. Definitely worth the money for what we have paid for.

This place is incredibly spectacular. Very affordable and amazingly lovely place to stay. Nichole is amazing. I waited too long and then showed me around. The place is clean and pleasant, with a la plantation-like vibe. I'll bring my wife next time. Which means the place is very clean and cool, what else is there to say? When I visit with my family on vacation, I work from here too.

It's great to spend the night here. We really enjoy this place. We were listening to austin stories and sitting on the back porch watching the big ships sinking down the Mississippi. Nicole does a fantastic job as the owner. It's an ideal location.

The only downside part is that the building was well-kept and had a good view. The room and common areas look good and there are a lot of decorative touches in them. But this place is so luxurious. They gave me a very nice room with a wonderful design.

We would not hesitate to return here if we need to go on other places in the future. Our room was tidy and nicely furnished. The bathroom appears to be newly refurbished. We loved the large screened-in porch overlooking the river. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy, as were the snacks and coffee in the break room. Black velvet is the finest restaurant close by. The seafood stuffed baked potato is fantastic. We had the nicest time.
