The room was clean But they need to put more than 1 garbage can in the room The air conditioner for the motel needs to be upgraded because the room is to warm. Or put air conditioner units in each room No ice machine in the motel Thanks

When we entered the building it reeked of old cigarette and more recent pot smoke. There is no front desk. You don't find that out until you arrive. Then you have to drive around the corner 3 buildings away to find the desk in a community center...odd. The room was clean and looked nice. The beds were terribly hard. I need a softer mattress so I didn't sleep at all. My husband slept OK but we were very tired. There is no fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dressers, coat racks or hooks, and only one tiny wastebasket in the bathroom. There were 2 very old, shaky mismatched kitchen chairs. The price was quite low. I think it could have been lower. You get what you pay for. In this case you don't get much at all.

The room was clean and the bed (an important feature) was OK, I wish I had known you have no coffee pots, microwave or refrigerator in the room. Coffee is my most important meal in the morning; I would have brought my own coffee pot.

We had to get and return the room keys at a different building. Both floors of rooms are numbered in the 900s... Coffee maker, but no coffee. Bathroom was extremely small.

No air conditioning, no ice maker, very loud location, horrible communication to try and call to verify booking. Checking in you need to go to another building to get your key. Dirty tub. Bed was ok, pillows horrible - bring your own. Don’t stay there with kids, they won’t sleep well.

On a hot day, late check-in, no air conditioning, instead the baseboard heat was on. Turned the thermostat off but it stayed warm until morning. Very poorly lit premises and hallway/entrance and it stunk like musty smoke. Nothing on the website(s) indicated you have to go a half a block away to check in to get the key, and it would have been very difficult to find that place in the dark had we not randomly run into another guest. There was barely enough shampoo there to wash your hands, and no hot water early in the morning. Not a good way to welcome your guests! After reading other similar reviews one can see for the most part these things are not being addressed! Next time we pass this way we won’t stay here! What a dingy, creepy place!

The hot tub was closed. The room had nothing in besides a bed and shower. Does not come with a microwave or a mini fridge. The heat temperature didn’t work so they sent a mechanic in which they turned up really high. There was no way of refund or anything. Really disappointing.

Unfortunately, this is a smoking motel. The minute I opened the door the smell hit me. It has been years since I’ve seen an ashtray in a motel room. I have asthma and could not stay in that room. There was a huge race at the Brainerd international Raceway so there were no rooms within 50 miles. Instead of staying there, I chose to drive the 2 1/2 hours home.
