I and my husband enjoyed the stay. Room was nice and cleaned, breakfast was great, staff was very welcoming, and parking was good. We always make trips to Centralia area, have family in the area and will be staying here again for sure.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel was amazing, especially for the price. I’ve stayed at several hotels in the Centralia area, and this one was by far the cleanest. The room was spotless, comfortable, and made me feel right at home. What really stood out was the staff. Every person I interacted with was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. The breakfast was also great and was a perfect way to start the day. I honestly have nothing negative to say about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I felt like I got much more than what I paid for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Centralia. It will definitely be my first choice every time I come back. Thank you for making my stay such a great experience!

This is an older hotel, but very very clean. Staff was super friendly. There is breakfast, it was simple. But we were great full for it. For the price I would definitely stay here again.

The Pepermill Empress Inn is our usual stay when in Centralia. The location is convenient and is priced well compared to similar star hotels in the area. It is an older property but is kept up. The terry in the bathrooms felt new, or nearly new which is a plus to me. They have a complimentary breakfast, but we elected to go to a restaurant next door instead. The parking is self-park and the area in general feels safe. We will be back when in the area again.

Stayed for a sports tournament. The room was clean and appreciated the fridge and microwave so we could bring our own food. The breakfast was a nice touch with good pancakes. We saved $300 over two nights vs what some of our teammates paid. Would 100% stay here again.

We have stayed in Centralia and nearby cities over the years for volleyball at NW Sports Hub. I had never considered staying at Peppermill Empress. I am so used to staying at chain hotels and always get a bit nervous about local hotels. I had a friend stay at Peppermill last fall and told me that it was clean, had friendly staff and felt safe. So I booked it! At half the price of other hotel chains in the area, I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful at check-in. Although the property is older, it is well-maintained and was very clean and smelled nice. Our room was very roomy. The breakfast was nice. There’s a pancake maker and plenty of other options for a continental breakfast. The area felt safe and it’s directly across from a Winco grocery store. The location was great! It took 8 minutes to get to NW Sports Hub. I would definitely stay here again!
