My granddaughter and I had a wonderful time for our girls getaway. The staff was so gracious and accommodating. The room was very clean, the pool area was inviting and the beach chair staff was very helpful. Definitely will return!

Pizza and ice cream shop was under construction still and coffee shop employees were extremely rude both times we visited- but, other than that this place is absolutely perfect! Beautiful, well maintained, and fantastic staff. We loved the beach view from our room, and the private beach was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for on this vacation (includes free chairs and umbrellas!) Would absolutely stay here again!

This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at! I loved the complimentary towels! They also had a walkway nearly all the way to the water, which is so helpful for someone with back problems! Speaking of back problems, hotel mattresses are usually terrible for my back, but these were excellent! Highly recommend this hotel!

the bar attendees were very knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking with them. Also we had a beautiful view of the waves in the ocean. The only down side was the weather which you all have no control of and the rip currents in the ocean. I did not want to get swept out to sea. I was disappointed in the fact that there is no jucazzi with hot water in it on the outside. I realize you all are in a transitioning period and it takes time to improve facilities. But the staff as a whole was extremely helpful and very imformative. Thanks so much. I and my partner enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back next year. Kathy Hobart

This was one of the best resorts I've ever stayed in. The Orange Beach area and this resort, though once a little-known secret, are now well-known to people from across the country. I loved my stay there in the past and look forward to staying there again.

This was our fourth stay at the resort, and it continues to be our preferred choice each year when we attend a conference at the Wharf. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff consistently provides excellent service. We were especially pleased to see the addition of complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests this year, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning again next year.

The resort was nice and clean. The room we had had a small balcony with a gulf view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant was good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was entertainment each night in the lobby and there was a bar for evening cocktails. We heard there’s a pizzeria onsite, however it was being remodeled. We used the exercise room for workouts daily! We also appreciated that parking was included as well as beach chairs daily. Only suggestion for the beach chairs is that they add a small table between so guests can place a drink or something on it while lounging. We will likely stay here again. Highly recommend.
