A perfect weekend getaway. Very easy to do with kids and has several dining options on site. The room was spacious but a bit outdated. The breakfast at Jack's was gteat and you can even do takeout.

We loved our visit to the Pink Shell! Everything was perfect, we enjoyed many perks of our stay including the view from our room, screened balcony, swimming in all 3 pools, free breakfast at Jack's, spending time at the beach, taking the dolphin tour, walking the nearby Bowditch Point Park, and so much more! Already discussing our next stay and highly recommending it to everyone we know.

It's a fabulous place to stay, but be advised, it's a good hike to Times Square, especially in the heat, and the trolley only comes by every 80 minutes. Breakfast buffet is delicious and the guy who runs it is the GOAT!

Everything was great. We had an excellent time with our family. The only thing I would suggest is that the resort gives back when people rent chairs, cabanas and tiki huts. It seems like you spend so much money on them & only get a cooler filled with water. Everywhere else I’ve been you rent them & get it back in food and drinks which really makes the guests happy.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and our room was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout our visit. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. You never have to leave the resort except for your essentials like snacks and drinks for your room. I do wish they had a place close by to get things you need but they don’t. There is a small shop in the lobby that sells a few essentials but it’s expensive and not really a large selection. The only negative I can think of that isn’t mentioned anywhere while booking. We discovered this years ago when staying here is, when you check in one thing that they will do is ask for a credit card to put a $700.00 hold on for expenses. This hold is in addition to your resort fee of $460.00 which is charged when you check in. People who stay in resort’s regularly probably expect this hold but if you don’t it may come as a surprise to you. When you check out the hotel will give you the option to use the hold to pay for your expenses or you can pay a different way. If you choose not to use the hold they do release it in a few days after check out. Over all this is an amazing and beautiful resort.

Check-in was the best I’ve ever had, the gentleman that checked us in was super helpful and ever so informative. He explained everything and left nothing to think about. Captiva Room was so nice, very clean and head everything we could ask for. Property was well maintained and had so many activities and all was included. Ate dinner at Rae’s restaurant which was delicious. Great way to celebrate my wife’s birthday.
