This is a great budget hotel close to everything. I also found the staff to be super helpful and polite! They will hold your luggage and book a car for you to the airport. I would for sure stay here again.

GREAT location. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. As a woman and lone traveler, I was nervous about the people hanging a little off to the side all day and night, but it was good.

I would say bring small trash bags if you’re not comfortable throwing items away in the metal trash cans.

This is my go to stay in NYC. Clean rooms, convenient location. I've stayed here solo as well as with my sister and have had positive experiences every single time. Yes, it can be small and cramped for 2 people, but we're literally only in the hotel to sleep - we're out exploring all day. It is less expensive than many surrounding hotels in the area. This place just cannot be beat. Will definitely be staying here over and over again!

The room was small as advertised. I had a double bed as a solo traveler and it was perfect. The bar and patio were nice. Excellent location. The only small complaint I have is that when the outside temperature got real hot, the air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. It was still comfortable and this heat wave isn't anything like NYC has seen in a long time. Written 7/2/2026. If I ever come back to NYC, I'll be staying at the Pod again! Thank you for a great stay

This is a surprisingly sweet little hotel in the heart of Times Square. Rooms are tiny, but kind of all you need as a home base to crash at night. The staff are all lovely and the vibes are good. The hotel is simple and clean, but my bathroom had a strange stink to it that was…not great. There aren’t much in the way of amenities, but the hotel bar is cute and for the price, it’s my go-to spot when I need to stay in the area.

This is my second time staying at Pod Times Square. It is supremely well-located, but at the same time very quiet and self-contained. I love the neighborhood, the concept of the hotel, and the value proposition - a rare combination in NYC. I did have to request an electric kettle for boiling water to make tea and coffee in the room - it was supplied quickly though. I think the only amenities that would make the stay perfect would be a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. But other than that, everything is just as it should be, and very easy to navigate. I will stay here again.

I loved staying at the pod, because it was clean and exactly what was advertised. Personally, I went at a time while they were construction and I feel like we didnt have access to the entire amenities which looked beautiful. Otherwise loved it
