It was great we checked in an hour before the event we were in town to see. Eddy at the front desk was very helpful. All in all it was a pleasurable experience the location was perfect and the staff friendly.

While being conveniently located near the downtown restaurant scene and reasonably priced, this boutique hotel left a lot to be desired. The room was clean, but tiny and old, with a worn wood floor and a compact bathroom with limited shower flow. Comfortable mattress. Funky decoration and antique chandelier! It was adequate for one night, although it was on the third floor some street and hallway noise was distracting. The walls appeared thin. Parking was a hassle. The confirmation stated that parking is a kitty corner from the hotel, but we never did find it. When we checked, the reception pointed us to a memo with details, but since it wasn't sent before check in, it was useless at that time. We had already parked in a nearby garage. The common areas and hallways had some outdated decor, and the hall carpeting was well worn. Additionally, contrary to what we assumed we had seen online, the hotel did not have a bar or tapas restaurant. There was a charming barrestaurant on street level not associated with the hotel that had delicious food and drinks. Given where it was located, not a bad deal. And you get what you pay for.

We will definitely return before leaving for the UK. Fantastic hotel with a prime location. Our room was clean and well decorated and had a view of the harbour. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is older so you need to know that I order to set the right expectations. One elevator. However it is super convenient to everything in downtown St Pete. One block from the water. One block from Saturday Farmer’s Market. Attached to the building are restaurants and bars. The nightlife of St Pete is all within walking distance. So if you want a nice cozy place and don’t mind a little older property this is a great place. Just one thing to note…. Hot water in the shower takes time to heat up. Don’t jump right in.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of St. Pete’s, FL. Staff was friendly and onsite 24/7. Rooms were small but comfortable enough for a one night stay. We stayed in one of the standard rooms but I recommend upgrading to get a bigger bed (ours was a full). Bathroom was tiny but everything worked. Parking is across the street in a separate garage and costs $16 for 24hours. There were two restaurants outside the hotel that were really good. Good location and affordable price.

Property is a great location in downtown St. Petersburg. Great value if you just want an affordable place to stay downtown. Everything downtown is walkable. No parking on site but a public parking garage is close.

Hotel location is awesome. Room was clean. Parking wasn't great. Has to park a block or so away. Ended up paying $22 for the parking. Due to event parking $10 then an additional $12 the next morning. Hotel is very old and doors are very thin. You can hear anyone that comes by the room.

The property is in a very convenient location, the staff were helpful and the room was very clean. It would’ve been nice to be able to check in sooner than 4 PM which left us a bit short on time. It would’ve also been nice for the coffee bar in the lobby to be open for business while we were waiting for our room to be ready.
