Room was a one bedroom apartment. Bring utensils cookware etc. Located across from Walmart, Dollar Tree, HEB stores so any items you might need can be purchased there. Was about 10 to 15 minutes to SPI. Only con I had was it needs blackout curtains as it is very bright at night inside the room unless you hang a small blanket something like that. Very inexpensive however and you do save a lot of money cooking and eating in the room.

Spacious and non expensive hotel. The only problem was the door knob on the restroom wouldn't lock. Floors were dirty, they don't sweep under beds

Yet get what you paid. Good friendly and fast service. I would stay here again. Closed to the stores

Much more like my own home than a typical motel. I like the fact that it had separate kitchen area, bedroom, and bath. There was a little sand left in the bathtub from the previous occupant, but sand is just part of life at the beach.

Parking was easy, staff knowledgeable, room clean. No ice machine on site and no curtains on windows allowed too much light into the room at night.

It is an apartment style place. Bring utensils, dishes, pots & pans, soaps, shampoo & conditioner. They have stove top, full size fridge & freezer, small microwave, drip coffee machine, tv,s, laundry facility on site, swimming pool, BBQ grills and picnic benches.
