I recently went for lunch at this resort. The location is great, and the restaurant's food is great. The resort was in a very nice atmosphere, but the food was very delicious.

Quite an experience. We had a fantastic vacation despite the couid restrictions. When we arrived, we checked in and received excellent instructions regarding dinner reservations and couid testing. A golf cart took us to our room in building 5. The room was spacious, cozy, and well-appointed. We spent a bit of time hitting the pool and bar before dining at the multipurpose restaurant on blog 13. We discovered that calling for a cart for dinner was a great idea due to the long walk and heat, so we returned after dinner. Breakfast and lunch were served at the buffet near the main pool and beach. Breakfast was very good, and lunch was sufficient. A great waiter was Austin. He moved a table into the shade because we cited eat outside and was extremely attentive. He was also very friendly, and we got to know him. Our cart driver, manuel margarita, was another person we got to know. He was really pleasant to interact with, and he introduced us to brian, another cart driver who drove us some. Our reservations for couid testing took some time, and my friend had difficulty in getting one. Sophia in guest relations took care of that for us. Despite the pool being chilly most days, it is possible to get couid testing. In addition, I recommend signs for finding couid testing room in the Tuum structure. The entire

The hotel facilities are good, staff is friendly, especially abdelaf, he made our days feel great. The beach full of life creatures, snorkeling at the south and north reefs is great. Turtles are easily spotted.

We had a wonderful eight-day vacation. Three butlers were present for us when we stayed at villa 1001. Each of them provided outstanding service. I would especially like to mention Ana, Aldo, and Eugene. They all responded quickly to various demands, made sure our stay was enjoyable, and monitored exactly. The resorts employees and levels of service were excellent. The shoreline has sadly become unsustainable due to natural forces. Due to rocks, coral, and seaweed, the majority of the area is unsuitable for swimming. A pleasant beach is situated in the palms section of the property. Although relatively shallow, crystal-clear water. All of the restaurants and menu options were excellent. I heartily endorse Casa, an Italian restaurant. Lasagna was delicious, as were a variety of other options. Both of our waiters wish I could recall their names were excellent. Alicia and Manuel, restaurantpool service, were always accommodating and pleasant bartenders. It was rather difficult to pay bills. There should be at least 75 singles with you, as it is problematic in the main lobby. Our villa had a jacuzzi tub outside. Unfortunately, the jets never worked to enable anyone to use it. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath had a similar issue that took nearly 45 minutes to fill. Again, these issues were reported, but they were not resolved completely.
