Veterans owners. It looks like they take pride in their business. The room was clean. The property was clean. The only downside was the train track was across the street. However, they did have earplugs in the office.

Good sized and clean room. I arrived after staff had departed for the day due to a travel delay but they were quickly able to get me checked in no problem. Be aware there is a freight line that runs through the town so if you are a light sleeper Prairie du Chien might not be for you.

The Prairie Voyageur is everything you want & everything you need. The staff were so welcoming & attentive at the same time I enjoyed such peace & quiet during my stay. This property strikes the perfect balance between clean, modern renovation & the mid-century charm of its roots. Centrally located, it's a convenient, cost-effective choice that will be my go-to choice for all my business in the area. Thank you Prairie Voyageur for a successful trip & thank you to the owner for your service! 🙏

Very convenient and the owner was very nice. We use it as a safe and cost effective place to spend the night while visiting Wyalusing.

I really appreciated the manager, Karla, texting me to keep me informed of what was happening with the room. On the downside, and I realize its difficult to do anything about this, but the train blowing its whistle whenever it was rolling by was quite annoying.

Parking lot was fine, very close to rooms. Walls are thin! Air was fine, we just used the fan.

A small town motel with lots of character. Nearby stores and food options. Easy check-in and check-out and very friendly staff. Great motel at a great price.

The jacuzzi was amazing. Only issue some might have is the trains going by, it wasn't a problem for us. Very spacious room, loved the way it was set up.

We got to the hotel a little after 5pm. And we called the phone number listed to find our room. It was really easy. The trains do quiet down after 10pm and they start up again about 6am. They are very noisy during the day. Overall we liked it. Great job.
