Our stay was actually quite delightful! We came to the area for a family reunion over the weekend & our flight ended up being delayed until the morning after our reservation. I called the hotel right away & spoke to Kyla. She went ahead & checked us into our room so it was secured & would be available to us when we arrived in the morning instead of the regular 3pm check in time. What a blessing! Kyla was so kind, courteous & understanding of the situation. She was great! When we arrived, Manny at the front desk was already aware of our situation & simply gave us our room keys after confirming who we were & completing the check in process of course. He was an absolute doll! Friendly, polite & he recommended the perfect brunch spot which we enjoyed very much! You can tell the hotel itself is a little older but in good condition. I prefer places with character anyway so it suited me just fine. It is in a well lit, easy to get to location among other hotels, restaurants & shopping. The lobby was clean and organized with a breakfast nook off to one side. Manny informed us they offered fresh coffee 24/7/365 which was a big plus! We did not enjoy breakfast while we were there, but saw it had nice options to choose from when our getting morning coffee. Our room was clean, spacious & comfortable as well as our bathroom. The A/C worked too well in my option but tend to run cold indoors anyway. All in all, I would definitely stay here again for the service alone. Great job everyone!

everyone was so nice and the hotel itself was much nicer than I expected. Everything was clean the pool and hot tub were amazing and I especially enjoyed the little Jacuzzi inside of the room with my husband. They are very accommodating and let us check in early and honestly just did the most for us, they even extended our night and matched a competitors price for that same room. Will definitely be staying here again !

My trip started out with me booking the wrong day. Epic fail for a long day of driving! Kaila at the front desk was the most helpful person I have encountered in hospitality ever! She went over and beyond to help us get into a room for the night working with the Expedia customer service to get us squared away. Mr Patel had made this hotel top tier! The feel and ambience of the hotel was fabulous. Nice calming jazz playing throughout the hotel. The breakfast was very good. Very nice, clean rooms. Hot tub and pool area were also very nice and clean. Overall very impressed with my stay.

My husband and I booked 2 rooms for a swim night with our children. The pool and hot tub totally exceeded our expectations! The hot tub was clean and actually hot. We couldn’t get the jets to turn on with the button on the wall, but the woman that was working at the front desk was an absolute gem and came right over to turn it on for us. I’m so glad we asked about it because the jets on that hot tub were powerful and had the entire thing bubbling! The pool is really big and goes up to 5 feet deep. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature, not too cold but not too warm. Huge bonus was the hotel had a bin with pool noodles, a water football, and a mini inflatable basketball hoop. Our kids had such a great time! The room itself was clean and comfortable. A basic room, with a flat screen tv, cable, microwave, and a mini fridge. The WiFi isn’t good at all so if you have work to do while there, make sure you have a hot spot. Overall, we had a really great stay and will definitely be back again!

Well-maintained and cute property. Everything is clean and the staff is polite, helpful, and organized. We were looking for a one-night stay with a pool, hot tub, and free breakfast, and this fit the bill. The price is right too, considering it's Chicagoland. We would absolutely stay here again.
