we arrived early and the staff was very accommodating to check us in early... Location is pretty central on a " main" st, but quiet at night. Very comfortable bed. This was our 2nd stay and will definitely be back.

Cute hotel w/clean spacious rooms. Nothing overly fancy but good amenities. Can have a bit of an “interesting” crowd outside but I guess that’s a function of location instead of the hotel

The new management has executed a very successful plan designed to make this motel very safe, clean, and welcoming. I was a little leery of the location when I reserved my room because I know downtown Chico, but I saw no indication of transients or undesirable elements. The breakfast was good, the room almost too clean (see explanation), and the staff very helpful. The only downsides were the smell of bleach when entering the room and a TV that I couldn't make work. Since I was able to open the window and air the room out, and I did not ask for help with the TV, I did not deduct a star, but I did let management know about both issues before I left. Most importantly, I would not hesitate to stay there again. When weighing quality with price, it is the best value in town!

The room was very clean, front desk was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The only thing I can complain about is there was no water in the vending machine. Pool was up and running and for being right next to a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet! Definitely would stay again.

The parking is tight but every guest will get a space. Breakfast was okay except, need some non-dairy milk/creamer. Front desk was pleasant, very polite and accommodating.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I lived in Chico for a couple years have been gone for a couple years. Booked here not realizing where it's location was my bad. But turned out wonderful. I don't know when they did a update but the room I stayed in was very well appointed updated extremely clean I can't express enough how pleased I was. The staff was friendly and took care of my needs will stay again when necessary.
