Great location within walking distance to the town. Large and clean rooms. Staff was super friendly and accommodated our relatively late arrival.

Very good clean place, very good location, very good employee service, I recommend it 100%. Just thing is we pay 5$ for the parking for each day, after that everything is good.

I read a whole bunch of reviews on this place. And I can absolutely say that we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was updated & clean. The pool was clean & nice. They even kept the fire pit open till midnight when it normally closes at 10 because people were sitting around it. We showed up late to breakfast (our fault) & they got some food out for us. Location was perfect walking distance to everything. Remember this is a small community. Had a great experience there for sure!!!

The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and ready upon arrival. The location of this motel is almost perfect. Within walking distance 5 minutes or less to the main shops and restaurants in town. The only negative thing about it was being charged $5 a night for parking. But I think that is coming down from the town of Helen itself. Overall very enjoyable experience.
