The man working the front desk was so friendly and polite. Our room was comfortable and everything worked as expected. We enjoyed our waffles at the continental breakfast. Although it could use some updates I enjoyed my stay and for the price ,it was great.

Shower was dirty. The curtain had pink mold/soap scum built up on it. The tub itself did not look clean.

Ok so there was a bit of a rocky start to our stay...the room I booked online said it was a double room w 2 queen size beds...when we checked in, we were told it was only 1 bed. She was firm at first, but not rude...she had me show her an email w the booking and send it to an email & then we were given a room w 2 queen beds. I was so disappointed to discover the spa was not working...it looked fine but wouldn't heat up & jets weren't working...they said it was under maintenance. I know I sounded a bit whiney on the phone but the room already looked different (smaller, less upgraded) than the pictures online of the room I selected... but she was so nice, she didnt have an attitude & she kindly moved us to an upstairs room w a bathtub and a balcony. It was just that I chose to pay a little more for a nice stay w my son when there were other hotels in the area, w cheaper rates that also had pools/spas so I was bummed to pay a bit more only to find out the spa didn't work. But customer service and kindness goes a long way w me...she didnt have to give me another room, but she did and the other employees were very polite & friendly as well. The design of the hotel is very cute & although it has easy acceas to the highway, it also feels somewhat secluded, up against a large hill, w a nice neighborhood to walk in. All they would need is a little maintence on the spa & offer a little more at breakfast (it was always oranges, frosted flakes, waffles & coffee but nothing else)

Parkin good Need updating I know the building is old. Sections of the floor was lifting and needed vacuuming. All the furniture was dusty and one night stand was sticky Two dirty towels left behind only one full set of towels the one extra hand towel for 2 guest not feasible Bathroom sink in the full bathroom hot water only shower pressure was very light. Pool did not look inviting. Breakfast schedule 6 to 9 Am. Went down for breakfast At 7 AM. Coffee lukewarm and old. A few oranges were available soft and old. There was nothing there to eat.

Bed was not comfortable. Just about dead. Floors looked clean, but whoever mopped needs to change out the mop suds between rooms. Bottom of my feet were almost black from residue.

You pay for what you get, it was this or $1000 at Pechanga and we were staying for a wedding so we spent no time at the hotel. But the pictures look way better than the property actually is. Nothing special, I'm sure the orange juice for the "complimentary breakfast" hasn't seen the inside of a fridge in days.

This is obviously an older hotel, and the exterior could use some freshining up, but the rooms are clean and tidy. If your looking for an affordable place for a quick stay, it is definitely a good value. Front desk staff was very friendly. Coffee wasnt great, and continental breakfast isnt special but really good food options are very close by.
