This hotel is a great value for the price!! Front desk and breakfast staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, not just continental, but with scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes, all very tasty! The room was great, very spacious, clean, quiet, and I even had a partial ocean view.

Nice motel with a homey feel, clean rooms, and convenient parking. The furnishings in the room were a little run down, but the bed was comfortable and the room overall was clean and relaxing. The hotel also has a decent included breakfast. Very nice stopover on the way up the coast.

We loved our stay. It felt safe and welcoming . Many nice travelers staying, some with kids - nicely heated pool and hot tub were a lovely touch. Fridge and microwave in the room came handy. Very quiet ant night and convenient all around. Would love to come back!

Excellent staff. Great value. The best place to stay in San Simeon.I have tried almost all other places. However, they all seem way inferior to Quality Inn, San Simeon. Their daily buffet breakfast is good. Round the clock coffee bar with daily made cookies adds an excellent touch to an already great accommodation.

Helpful staff, great breakfast, large room and bathroom, delicious restaurant attached, and perfect location for visiting Hearst Castle. We were even given a choice of candy bars at check out. Not something you see every day! Definitely recommend for a road trip stop!

The staff here is really pleasant and the inclusion of breakfast makes this place a great value. It's not a place that feels gross, which honestly is my bar for quality so we'll happily stay here again anytime we drive through!

Not to bad for the price. The hotel does allow dogs. The breakfast was good and the chow hall was clean. All the staff were very helpful. Your only about a seven minute drive to Hearst Castle. The staff try to maintain the property clean.

This is not a new hotel but well renovated so clean enough. The restraunt next to the hotel is very good. I will choose this hotel again if we will drive on Pacific Coast Highway again. Nice hotel!

The general manager had really good customer service .Breakfast was also a plus, lots of variety.The Mandala ray restaurant was a great place to have dinner.Overall this hotel was a good experience . I Would definetly come back.

The staff was very helpful accommodating my dog and brother on the ground floor (they don't do stairs). The location is very good for sightseeing at Hearst Castle, the Elephant Seal habitat, Piedras Blancas lighthouse and the southern end of the Big Sur coastline. It's an easy drive up Highway One to San Dollar Beach and Los Padres Forest trails to the North. To the south it's a short drive to Cambria and Moonstone Beach. Be sure to walk the coastal trail in Fiscarelli Reserve. I like staying in San Simeon because of the beauty of the coast, catching sunsets and the chance to see the descendants of Hearst's zebras grazing at dusk near San Simeon State park.
