The family that was running the hotel was just lovely and pleasant. They are so kind and helpful. Their little boy is precious too!! The room was very clean. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

The Quilt Inn was easily accessible from the highway. Parking was plentiful. The staff was very friendly. This is by bo means a five star hotel, but it was a great value. The place was clean and linenens and bed comfortabke. The water was hot in the shower. It was very quite. Breakfast was adequate and adequately stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

We slept in and missed breakfast and the person in charge was so kind to make us some coffee anyways! ;). We also were welcomed at any time, which was kind since we were coming in around midnight after changing time zones!

Property has had change in ownership. Used to be a flagship for quality and welcoming atmosphere. Only one staff on site now and he is spread too thin to run the entire Inn (great guy). Property quality is still here but will grind down and down without additional staff for cleaning and service. Ill still stay here but know i will have to go get clean towels and have to requst room servicing or it wont be done.

Checked in to a prepaid room - to find out we had booked a pet room in error. When we told them we wanted to switch to a non-pet room due to pet allergies, we were told they would switch us for a $25 fee because "the pet rooms are discounted by $25 on the website and then they collect a $25 pet fee". So we didn't pay enough for a non-pet room. The entire hotel was virtually empty -not a single other person staying there. But they wouldn't move us without a charge.... ridiculous. The room was tired, the heater was extremely loud and there is a lot of noise from the highway throughout the night with the semis driving by. The parking lot was covered in ice including the entrance into the side of the building nearest our room. No salt or sand on the ice and after sliding around on it we walked the long way around to the front entrance to avoid falling on the icy side entrance walkway. I would not recommend this hotel. Apparently there is another hotel a minute or two away from this one in Kenmare. We didn't see it. Very unfortunate we prepaid for the room, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere.

Quilt Inn did pretty well for the area. Breakfast not the best. Little bar/restaurant next door, not affiliated with the hotel.

The continental breakfast barely registers as a breakfast, cereal in dispensers I thought I think there might’ve been some milk sitting around there?? A toaster and maybe bagels or bread?? no protein, not even the powdered eggs which suck everywhere by the way But I guess that’s what you can expect for Kenmare North Dakota

no one at the front desk to check in Dialed the number to check in, waited like about 5 or more minutes no one came . then came back 1 hr later, ok then but was very hard to understand the person at the front desk .The next morning the sign says breakfast says 6:30 to 9:30 went down for breakast ot just for cup of coffee and it the breakfast room was locked NO COFFEE also there is no coffee pop in the room no hair dryer my wife needed that. i say not to stay there i will drive to Minot next time

Secteur bruyant en raison de la route très proche. Le motel est vieillot et aurait besoin d’importantes rénovations. L’accueil manque de professionnalisme : la dame qui m’a reçue était en pyjama à mon arrivée vers 17h, et portait toujours le même le lendemain matin à la réception vers 9h. Deux portes donnant sur l’extérieur étaient condamnées (une destinée au personnel et une autre bloquée par la neige), ce qui signifie qu’il n’y avait pas de véritable sortie de secours en cas d’urgence, hormis la porte principale. À noter également qu’une musique indienne est diffusée en continu à l’arrivée comme au moment du départ, ce qui peut surprendre et n’est pas forcément adapté à l’accueil de la clientèle. Le petit-déjeuner inclus laisse franchement à désirer. Étant donné le peu de fréquentation, il est indispensable de vérifier les dates de péremption. Lors de mon séjour, alors que j’étais l’unique cliente du motel, le bidon de lait presque vide était périmé depuis 6 jours. Par précaution, je me suis abstenue de consommer quoi que ce soit!
