This property is very conveniently located downtown and very walkable to nearby restaurants, wine tastings and other attractions. The rooms are comfortable and check in and out are a snap as the property has door codes for common areas and rooms. The property has many outdoor sitting areas and WiFi throughout. I totally enjoyed myself and highly recommend this location. Please read the property description so as to avoid “what the property doesn’t have “. There is no pool on site, refrigerators are not located inside rooms (I’m diabetic so I travel with my own frig). Breakfast is only served on weekends, please keep this in mind if this is a requirement for you. There are snacks available, at any time, in the common area. Boxed cereal, yogurt, water, great specialty coffee machine (espresso, latte, cappuccino, hot chocolate). Did I mention the WiFi is incredible throughout the entire property (rooms, common areas and outside. The resident manager is great, available to help and answer any questions. Please consider the R Inn for your Napa stay.

Amazing property. Immaculately clean and maintained. Staff went above and beyond and offered us complimentary wine when checking in. Can’t wait to go back.

We absolutely loved our stay at the R Inn! The location could not have been more perfect. It was off a quiet little street in the downtown area where cafés, restaurants bars and shops were just a few steps away. The grounds themselves were beautifully kept with peaceful seating areas, unique art, & several more charming features. The courtyard room we stayed in was simple, but tasteful, well designed & had a very comfortable bed. There isn’t a closet or drawers to speak of, but there were several places to hang our clothes which was more than enough. We also loved the bathroom which was sleek & modern with a great shower & a fancy toilet/bidet that had a heated seat. There was a kitchen/pantry right outside our door where complimentary coffee/tea & snacks were available to us around the clock. On the weekends they also put out quiche, croissants, & other pastries which were delicious & convenient when we were in a hurry to meet our early wine tasting appointments. To top it all off it was affordable, had ample free parking, & a seamless check in/out procedure. We recommend the R Inn to anyone traveling to Napa & can’t wait to return again ourselves. Thank you for an excellent experience!

I cannot rave enough about this hotel! The location was perfect, the property was exceptionally clean, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the ideal place to celebrate my birthday getaway. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional. On the few occasions I needed to call the after-hours number, I received a prompt response and excellent service each time. If I ever find myself back in Napa, there will be no question about where I’ll stay. This hotel has earned my highest recommendation and will absolutely be my location of choice.

This is a family owned small boutique hotel that offers luxury style amenities. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and couldn’t been more happy with this hotel. I believe we stayed in loft 11 and just know that it’s worth every penny you paid. The sheets, the bed, the decor, the bathroom was all top tier. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating on arrival. This is also a self check-in and check-out which is convenient. We truly loved our stay. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Unique beautiful property to stay during a visit to Napa. It was fairly quiet there during our 3 night stay, and we spent time in the common areas mostly on our own. I only wish we had had a weekend stay, as it sounded like a warm breakfast was offered on those days.
