We enjoyed our stay here! Staff was accommodating, room was clean, and location was close to restaurants, river, and trails. We got to sit on patio and enjoy view of river.

We stayed one night at Rabbit Ears Motel and loved it! The convenient location allowed us to easily walk to downtown attractions. We had a wonderful view of the river & the ability to take in nature from our little patio. The hotel is very neat and clean with a quaint, nostalgic vibe and it was fun to return home to the neon Rabbit Ears sign. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was kind, receptive and helpful. I highly recommend this fine little motel with all the comforts of home.

Rabbit Ears is in an excellent location, and the room was very comfortable. The bed was wonderful! The parking lot lights were bright, but you’d never know, as the doorframe was lined with something to keep the light out, so the room stayed dark and sleep was uninterrupted. My room was a river view room, and it was very relaxing to sit and listen to the river while reading on the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, and right on the river. We enjoyed having the sliding glass door open during the night with the screen closed. Parking was available close to the unit and the room was large.

Had a pleasant stay at this conveniently-located motel. I enjoyed walking along the adjacent river and watching the rafters. It is also convenient that the city's hot springs are right across the street.

We had a great stay and would happily return. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The location is hard to beat—downtown, along the river, and with plenty of self-parking available. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance. The complimentary breakfast is very basic, consisting mainly of coffee, cereal, and toast. That's not really a drawback given the number of excellent breakfast spots just a few blocks away. The only issue we encountered was that the lock on the sliding glass door didn't seem particularly secure. As a precaution, we chose not to leave valuables in the room. Aside from that minor concern, this was an excellent stay in a fantastic location

This motel has one of the best locations to downtown Steamboat Springs people. We’ve stayed there numerous times and I’ve never been unhappy with the facility or the personnel. They have tended to go out of their way to help. Though a bit more the river view rooms are exceptional.
