Supertravel allowed us to reserve a room at the hotel, but when we arrived, our reservation was not found. Latoya took her time looking into our issue and finding resolving for us for about two hours. She was very professional and attentive to our needs!.4,8/516 Jul 2023

After reading the reviews, i was hesitant to stay here, but we adored this hotel. The location was ideal for us, the two elevators were functional, and the personnel were friendly and welcoming. We really have nothing negative to say about our time here. This hotel is where we will all book. Once more when we visit new york.4,8/531 Mar 2022

The room is clean, but very small and basic. The shower was terrible and had little space to move around. There was no counter in the bathroom. The staff was nice and friendly. If you are just looking for a place to spend the night, it's fine.4,6/523 Sep 2024

I was so horrified when i read the previous reviews that we almost didnt stay. But we did stay and im so glad we do. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Our room wasnt at all cold, but there should be a duvet or blanket instead of just sleeve, especially in winter. Heating and air conditioning is loud and seems to turn on when it wants, although its not that bad, it didn't wake us up at night. We also had blitzing views. Any issues reception is very friendly and helpful. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. All the lifts worked, and our fitness center was excellent. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again. Location is great, there is u subway station right outside and hotel is in opulent location. Hotel is really good value for money and ive recommended people to stay but keep an open mind. No, its no luxury, however, the price is so reasonable.4,6/528 Mei 2024

The hotel is in a great location. We arrived from europe and were in contact with our banks to announce payment arrangements, but each credit card was declined in the hotel. Our credit cards were useless everywhere in new york, only the Radisson hotel on wall street were declined. Im hoping we have enough cash to pay.4,6/518 Nov 2023

Nice location, lots of subway stations, good connection to jfk and upper manhattan. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. The staff was helpful, especially the receptionist who was there usually in morning or noon. Very nice and helpfull, she is the reason im giving 4 stars otherwise it would be 3. The reason for 3 stars is that the ac is not working. That was terrible. Problem was the room controller didnt work so we couldnt turn it off or reduce temperature. Temperature was eventually set by the hotel staff but couldn't completely turn off the temperature (handyman tried it twice but failed to do so, he still turned on full power at 4 am which was very unsatisfactory, to say the least. We had to buy earplugs to sleep. Otherwise the rooms were nice clean and the bathrooms were also very nice with cleanliness, no problems there.4,6/531 Okt 2023

Despite its location close to the event and reasonable prices, this hotel is very disappointing. They serve the food in the room. It appears that the thermostat in the room is not removed from the wall. The room is a bit chilly. The price was quite affordable.4,6/528 Agt 2023

Even though the room's condition is fine, I don't really like it. The staff here is very friendly, they provide very helpful staff. But what I get here is the terrible AC, the fridge is broken, the water leaks but the bathtub is broken, the tiles are dirty, and the carpet is dirty, the internet connection is broken, and there are some elevators that don't work. Besides that, the bed is good, and the room is mostly clean.4,6/523 Agt 2023

Positives. Hotel location. The room had a coffee maker. There was tv in the room. It was of ok size. Room was cleaned to mediocre standards. Bad points. Carpet in rooms was quite stained. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would certainly return. We almost decided not to remain after reading the previous reviews, but we did stay, and we're glad we did. The beds are very comfy, and the rooms are large. Even though our room wasn't very cold, there should be a duvet blanket rather than just a sheet, especially in the winter. The heating/air conditioning system is loud and appears to turn on when it wants, but it's not too terrible because it didn't wake us up at night. We also had a fantastic view. Any problems, reception is extremely polite and accommodating. The restroom and the room were both spotless. The fitness center was fantastic, and all elevators were working. The hotel is located in a secure location in a great location and is in an excellent location. I'd advise visitors to stay here but keep an open mind since the price is so affordable.4,6/512 Agt 2022

It was a beautiful hotel that could be bought for the New Year at a reasonable price. The hotel was clean and contemporary. Since the area surrounding the bed is quite confined, the room could have been a bit larger to allow east access to both sides of the bed. Although it was close to Times Square, it was a great location to explore Manhattan's Lower East Side. The hotel would have liked a restaurant, and the rooms could have enjoyed blankets and a safe, but overall, it was a decent hotel at a reasonable price.4,6/515 Jul 2022

I reserved a place to stay in January 2022 for New Year's Eve 2022. I wasn't looking forward to coming since it reopened, and after reading the awful reviews, I thought about canceling my reboot and moving on to a different place, but because that would add 1, 600 I didn't, and I'm incredibly happy I did! First of all, the hotel staff was great, from the receptionists to the door employee security! We were in a corner room on floor 10 that was extremely spacious, with a very large, and it was tidy. The carpet was flaking off the edges, and it was worn out and might use some refurbishment, but it wasn't awful at all. There were plenty of channels available and the wifi worked well. The amenities were excellent, i. I. Hair dryer, iron, coffee maker. We had a quilt on the bed, which was quite comfortable and spacious. All three lifts worked perfectly, and all three were functional for the entire time. The water temperature was fine, and the room was a wonderful temperature. It was at first very hot, but after we asked to turn it down it was fine and also not noisy. In conclusion, the location is fantastic. When we were there, Times Square was comfortably busy, and we were glad we were a little farther away. The subway is on the same road as the hotel,4,4/515 Jun 2023
