Hotel location is walking distance to the capital. Hotel room is very clean. Staffs I talked to from front desk, maintenance manager, general manger are all super friendly, kind, efficient and most importantly care about the guest experience. I initially had an inconvenience with the AC in the room I received a free upgrade to a big room also water and drinks from sundry area I picked out and about to pay but got waived the charge. Parking is convenient with some shade( really nice in the summer) gate is secured with entry code. Breakfast is decent. All in all I gave 5 star and my kids gave them 6 stars for the amount of attention and care we received. I gave my deep appreciation to Rebecca and Tim. Will stay here again!

Amazing stay. There was construction and a bit of a detour but not a huge issue. The cleanliness made up for everything. Amazing stay, I’d highly consider staying here again & recommend it to family n friends.

I would stay at this place again. It was clean, the hot tub was relaxing, and breakfast went to 9am. Which is nice if you are not a early riser.

Spacious, clean, modern room. Breakfast was typical; in-room coffee actually was tasty. Sink was slow to drain. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Convenient location.

We bought a swimming suit for my granddaughter. The store failed to take the magnetic tag off. I went to the front desk to see if she had any ideas. She was very helpful and in the end called maintenance who then came and got the tag off. Above and beyond. Really appreciated it.

The staff was above and beyond at the front desk and the shuttle driver was amazing! Wonderful breakfast options. Clean pool with a great hot tub, actually hot and good jets. Our room was clean and quiet. Parking was in secured area and seemed safer than other places I have been. Only slight complaint- no draft beer at the bar, decent canned/bottled selection though.

This is always my go-to hotel when staying in St. Paul. The hotel is always clean. The staff is friendly. They have a shuttle service if you’re going to concerts at Grand Casino Arena. It’s in a great location. The hotel is nice and quiet. The breakfast bar is always well stocked and has good food. I also enjoy that they have snack items for purchase at the front desk area. Overall, it’s my favorite hotel and I always enjoy my stay.

The rooms and common spaces were very neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was always available, friendly and helpful. We had a great stay! Food was also very good. We ate breakfast the two mornings that were there and also dinner in the restaurant. My daughter and I had both had the wings and the BBQ sauce was delicious and so were the fries!
