The hotel is located, oddly, by the entrance of the freeway however, there was no significant noise that we were aware of. At least not the way other reviewers stated there was. The staff at the front desk were so friendly! Our room was very clean and this hotel offered amongst its amenities, a mini deodorant! I have traveled for many years to many countries and all over the US and this is a first for me! I absolutely loved that extra little touch of the deodorant.

We were very comfortable staying at the hotel . The front desk very friendly. The rooms clean & I like the fact there are no carpets , the room looks like it was updated . Beds very comfortable. The best part is that if your lucky you can park inside the enclosure, gives a sense of safety for you and your car , but it fills up fast .

Our room was clean. Property is right off the freeway but not to noisy in our room. Nice pool area. Front desk staff were especially pleasant and helpful upon check in and check out. I felt safe and would stay here again.

I been staying at this location often due to ill family member that lives in the area. Entire staff is amazing I’ve always enjoyed my stay. Although 2 weeks ago I stopped to check rates from hotel vs Expedia and was very disgusted by FRANK the Man at the front desk. He was so rude the way he spoke to me. He seemed bothered by me bothering him and asking questions. I really hope I don’t have to deal with this man again. I love staying here and didn’t want to leave a bad review but this employee should be spoken to about his hospitality and the way he speaks to people. Thank you.

The Ramada Inn was a nice place to stay. It wasn’t far from Universal Studios. We were able to take an Uber to Universal Studios and to the airport.
