My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. We checked in a little after check in time and the staff were so friendly and suggested many restaurants nearby for a quick bite but we chose the onsite restaurant and it was perfect. Great location, minutes to Downtown Cleveland. Free breakfast, free WIFI, free parking, nice pool and a restaurant on site. We were pleasantly surprised with this property and I highly recommend! Will stay here anytime I need to be in this area!

My stay was great! I was in town for an event in Downtown Cleveland at the Huntington Field and I chose this property based on the location, which was a short drive to the event. The property was clean and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. They offer a free breakfast and there is a restaurant on site that was delicious and reasonably priced. They even have a HUGE indoor pool with a really creative structure consisting of glass all the way around. You felt you were outdoors which was cool. Everything was clean and I would definitely recommend this hotel for any one that needs to be in the downtown Cleveland area.

This hotel is a great place to stay if going to a game downtown. The prices are extremely reasonable compared to the outrageous prices of the hotels next to the stadiums. It was a short drive (like 10 minutes) and the hotel was better than expected. They have a wonderful restaurant inside and even offer complimentary breakfast which was delicious. Everything was clean and comfy and my kids were even able to swim as they have a huge indoor swimming pool. My kids had a blast. The front desk and housekeepers were extremely helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was in town for an event in Downtown Cleveland and decided to stay here as it was only a short drive to the event. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were just wonderful. The pool is HUGE and heated. There is even an exceptional Mexican Restaurant and bar inside the hotel that was beautiful and delicious, so you don't even have to leave the property to get dinner or drinks. Breakfast was a nice touch and the muffins and coffee are extremely fresh. Also liked that they offered a variety of fresh fruit and juices. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to be in the Downtown Cleveland area. It really is a great place with great people and great food!

Only good aspect was central location for my travels in Cleveland area. Had to sign a bunch of papers upon check-in promising to not misuse breakfast, pool, quite hours, etc. and issued required wrist band. Room had 2 light bulbs out and the hanging rack in closet was loose from wall. Cabinet in bath not painted. No tub drain cover. Entrance door was always open (poor security). When I reported these maintenance requests, I was told they might get to them sometime next week. The temperature control in room was not at thermostat, rather on individual unit by window, and thus only could set at cooling or heating (not temp with auto as needed). No extra roll of toilet paper. The hotel staff was minimal -- often no one at front desk. Minimal breakfast -- coffee, tea, milk, and OJ (OJ was cheap / bitter -- only had one glass). Snack bars, yogurt ok. Nice small muffins, bagels, and bread slices to toast with cream cheese and jelly. Some days had cereal, others did not. Some days had bananas and oranges, others did not. Hot water available for oatmeal packets. Microwave available. Plastic plates, bowls, and utensils. Indoor pool always had closed sign - was told you have to ask front desk for entry (only afternoon hours). Tried to check out early - told since through 3rd party (Expedia) could not (paid in full upon check in). Staff were generally helpful (when available). The hotel was empty (6-12 total cars in lot). Will not stay here again and would not recommend.

This hotel is affordable and the front desk staff were fantastic! The hotel is clearly old and in need of repair. The basics of the room were clean (toilet, shower, sink, linens) but the walls, floors, doors and other surfaces were not clean. The TV remote didn’t have a battery cover, the telephone and alarm clock did not work and could have been removed, the blow dryer was one of the old wall mounted ones but it wasn’t mounted on the wall and was in the closet. While I had to sign something that had a number of policies on it, several addressing smoking, there we a lot of smoke smells in the hallway and residual smoke smell in my room. I don’t smoke, so I was happy to sign it, so not sure if people just didn’t sign it or didn’t care! My deadbolt lock didn’t work either. I got in late after a long day of travel and as kind as the front desk person was, I am sure he would have found me another room, but after parking and carrying my bags up a flight of stairs, I didn’t have it in me to get back into my car and drive back down to reception. Definitely the best price I could find in the area!

Room had no tissues, needed a good cleaning on desk and night stands. No coffee cups in the room, no bag for dirty laundry. Floor needed vacuum cleaner Ran big time. What you call a breakfast is what we call a “grab and go”. No hot food at all. Parking lot had litter laying around, cigarette butts, etc. Looks as if the hotel is getting ready to go out of business. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Sufficient for our needs, but nothing to write home about. Overall impression was a bit run down, patched holes in walls, stains in tub, AC didn't work the best... beds were clean and comfortable, and staff was wonderful with assistance. There are no phones in the rooms, so you have to go to the front desk for anything you might need. Very sparse breakfast choices, but better than nothing!

Check in was only available exactly at 4:00 pm, not a minute before so a few guests also waited for the time. Bedroom was okay, although mattresses were old and sinking in the middle. Bath tub was not super clean. Coffee is super simple which is fine but had to call the staff for restocking.

The room I had was very clean, very nice and very spacious. However, there were no ice machines on none of the floors and I had to request calls because there was not enough in my room to match my stay, the sap did, however, accommodate I even noticed cleaning staff during my stay, cleaning the rooms at the floor that I was on. We had to park kind of far from our room. It was pricey for one night and the hotel wasn't very nice. It had holes in the walls and the grass was super high. The entire first floor smellled like marijuana when we were leaving. The shower was kind of moldy and it kept holding water in it and not draining. The one good thing i could say was the staff were super nice.

I have never given a poor rating to a property before. I just don’t want you to make the same mistake as me. This place is a serious victim of neglect. Nothing really works right or it is rigged to just get by. The place is so run down. They need to start reinvesting in this property, Soon. If you have a different option for your stay, you should choose the other option and save yourself the discomforts that you will endure here.
