Staff was great. We were unaware that they do not have a fitness center on site. You can get a one day pass for an off-site fitness center. Not at all convenient All of the outdoor hard scapes could use a good power wash

We had a lovely one-night stay at this property. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they gave us some great recommendations for nearby beaches and places to visit, which we really appreciated. The pool was nice, making it a great place to relax. One of our favourite features was the beautiful outdoor area with ducks and turtles – it was such a peaceful and unique touch. Although we only stayed for one night, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again if we’re in the area.

The Breakfast staff are so helpful and kind. The best example of customer service is found in those two ladies running the breakfast kitchen. I didn't get their names but they did a great job maintaing order.

There were little to no drawbacks about staying here. My favorite part was the courtyard, beautiful Gardens, pond, wildlife ( birds and ducks) extremely clean and well maintained. Felt like a tropical location in the courtyard. We had a room on the first floor, which walked out into the garden and the pool area. Our room was clean. The shower was great one of our favorite things was two sinks in the room, one outside of the bathroom and inside. So with our family, some people can still wash their face brush their teeth do their makeup while others are using the toilet and or the shower. It was very convenient. Also reasonably priced laundry with an app or coin-operated. Pool was amazing!!! If I ever return to this area, I am definitely staying here again. I would recommend for couples and families. It was very quiet. They also ev chargers available. Max at the front desk was great!

Everything was amazing! Family friendly environment and we felt welcomed. :0) The sweet lady who cared for your customers in the breakfast area is amazing! Not only does she take dare of everything on her own, she does it with a beautiful smile on her face. I was surprised to not see an area for tips in the dining area and when I asked about giving her a monetary gift , she responded with such beauty and grace! Her response was something like "Oh, No, that is not necessary. I love what Indo, I am blessed" and I wasn't able to give her anything. This sweet angel brought me and my family joy and happiness! I wouldn't have been able to keep up with her and it was busy! Ha!
