Look, I booked the room because I wanted a cheap room for the night and I'm a guy who doesn't care that much about where I stay -- just need a place to sleep. I would NEVER take my family here. It's very beat up, the door on the sliding glass to the balcony didn't fully close or lock, the bed was pretty lumpy and not particularly comfortable, but the fridge/freezer worked, there was hot water in the shower, there were no critters in the room, it was clean for what it was. The WIFI did NOT work (or the bandwidth was exceeded and I couldn't use it). The air conditioning was fine -- comfortable. But just understand that the main thing here is a cheap place for the night.

There were 4 cockroaches in the room. The floor was so dirty my son’s socks were black. This hotel should be shut down.

Room was very disgusting. There were used towels in the bathroom that was dirty. The bed sheets had blood stains and other stains on them. It was hair in the bed and on the pillows. There were roaches all over. The bathroom shower was dirty, shower curtain looked like someone cleaned the floor with it. There was pee on the bathroom seat. The room was just disgusting.

The building is old and if you're not observant you could miss the entrance from the main road. It is not lit properly and the sign is small. The room had an old smell to it and the way the AC/Heater was placed was not user friendly. The room had a lot of cosmetic damage such as stains, small holes, and tiles missing that were not properly repaired. Plus there were roaches in the room. You could hear the other tenants arguing through the walls or the kids running around yelling in the halls. The management was not friendly. They were constantly trying to charge me for my service dogs (which is illegal) and did not believe me when I said they were service dogs. They also kept asking for papers that said they were service dogs which is illegal. Do not stay here.

The hallway carpets were grossly dirty. Many smoke/burn stains around the room. Toilet paper holders didn’t have the rods in them to actually hold the toilet paper. No bath mat. Loud screaming down the hall. Strong smell of weed in the foyer.

Front desk staff was fine, but room was dirty with roaches, paint peeling on walls, and a broken balcony door replaced by a plywood sheet.

Room is very dirty, different bugs in the room. Toilet is disgusting. Hair in the towels. Broken microwave, told the manager but no one came to fix the issue. Broken bathroom room door. Won't be back. You have been warned.

The room itself was relatively clean however, the stairs and the hallway had clearly not been vacuumed in several weeks. There were bags of trash piled up around garbage cans by the door when I got there. I presumed the cleanup crew was in progress of cleaning up rooms or something, however, there was even more bags on top of those in the morning. A group of people were hanging out in the parking lot outside, making noise until about 2 AM smoking and drinking. And then probably around 2:30. Some one was screaming in the hallway. There was no nightstand and the curtain in the room was shredded. I did not see any evidence of insects, which was the only real good thing about the place. I will not be staying here again.

Horrible hotel, roaches everywhere. The room was filthy and the bed and blankets smelled like the strongest cigarette smell ever! It was the worse experience ever. The only good thing was the air conditioner in the room was cold. It was cheap and you get what you pay for. Do not stay here!!!
