I have now been here almost 2 weeks - just me and my certified support dog. we love it! I haven't had one single complaint or problem. The staff are amazingly helpful and very friendly but the best part is they're not all up in your business. as long as you're not doing anything wrong or causing any trouble -they just let you be ! I've been here almost 2 weeks like I said and in that two weeks I've only gotten one knock at my door and that was because I hadn't yet extended my stay and so it had appeared like I was checking out and so the house cleaning knocked on my door for the first time and asked if I was indeed checking out and then I said no and she apologized 15 times! Truthfully though this is the quietest hotel I have ever been to. there's never anything going on that gets your attention ,disturbs you or wakes you up . it's very peaceful and extremely quiet here . there's no commotion inside or outside in the parking lot either. A lot of other hotels I've noticed have a lot of the homeless people hanging around in groups outside. this hotel has nothing like that going on ! there's never anyone outside of their room or outside in the parking lot. like I said , its the quietest, peaceful hotel I've ever been to. The only thing that would make it better was if they had breakfast or an ice machine! As far as the cleanliness I mean I don't see how the room could be any cleaner I have no complaints at all about this hotel and that's crazy for me!

The room was perfect and the staff were amazing! And all the staff was perfectly polite and friendly! There was an issue where my reservation was double booked and the staff solved it before I even had a chance to talk to them about it! From now on when I visit Everett I will only stay here

Very clean. Staff seemed very polite and professional. No breakfast was available like stated and no hot water in bathroom sink. Staff did not seem to interested in providing breakfast and no real opoligies or solutions

The Internet is poor strength but so am I.. Lol. Very nice to find a hotel that lets us stayso I can get on my way to a better way of living and off the streets. New ESA in training, so hope no one complains. Wonderful bed, kinda hard to get ahead with no restaurants discounts and online delivery scams for dining are ridiculous when everyone expects a tip on top of their pay and automatically delay or ruin your plans because they're trying to figure out a way to beef up the total Wish weeklymonthly rates were cheaper or at least posted ahead of checking in so I could budget better. Why isn't the tax already added in? Receipt should be available if "pay later" option because it's always PREPAY plus damage deposit or GO AWAY. Surprises dont jive well with solo stayers ($2700-$3000 mth) ouch

When I arrived at the hotel, the staff seemed very nonchalant and didn’t appear to care much about my stay or concerns. The Wi-Fi was also down during my visit, and when I spoke to one of the associates downstairs, she said she had no idea what was going on and that guests simply couldn’t use the hotel Wi-Fi at the time. On the positive side, the hotel is in a wonderful location. It’s within walking distance of a Starbucks, which was great for getting coffee in the morning. Unfortunately, there were a few other downsides. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and the floors appeared very dirty, as if they had not been properly mopped or maintained.
