Rooms were clean, staff is respectful, free breakfast was a plus. This hotel has improved tremendously over the last few years. Kudos to the staff for making it a pleasant stay.

There were no towels or extra toilet paper in the room. Toilet paper was easy to get but had to wait for a while to get towels.

While my room was fine, my friend that also stayed there at the same time found 2 dead cockroaches in the bathroom. It was a sketchy area. The facility is not that great. I booked a room with microwave and fridge, and they put me in a room without. When I mentioned it to the staff, she said: "there is a microwave here in the lobby and I'll find a fridge for you....". Did she really expected me to walk all the way there to heat up whatever i needed? that throw me off.... I had to insist to be put in another room with the amenities that I intentionally booked with. Also, the hallway fire alarm near my room had low battery so the annoying chipping/beep noise was going on all day/night.
