I was there on business. Newly remodeled, clean, and descent comfort level for a mattress. Will stay again.

Upon arrival the outside of the property looked clean and well maintained although, there was a construction dumpster in the parking lot. The check in process was quick and easy; the staff was welcoming and friendly. As we walked to our room, we noticed a strong musty odor in the hallway; however, the room itself did not have any unpleasant smell. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and for the price, we felt the hotel offered a good value. It was also close to the downtown Kokomo area which we enjoyed while in town.

Coffee was terrible. Powdered cream .

The hotel is under remodeling and thus there was dust and construction materials in the parking lot and in the hallways. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and the room far exceeded my expectations.

Hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of construction going on at the time of our visit but it wasn’t an inconvenience. Not many amenities but it was what you would expect for the price.

Check-in staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great for a brief stay if you are not looking for extras. Pros: clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean floor, decent bathroom, nice to have soap dispenser at sink. Cons: unappealing curbside, lobby and hallways smell like old cigarette smoke (room did not), no where to set your luggage, low quality shower head, air conditioner very noisy/loud. Plan on getting morning coffee elsewhere, not available at hotel. Was very pleased for one night.

Newly renovated rooms are more then asked, for the price.

Property was ok for a last minute booking. Room was clean and newly remodeled. Front desk staff was excellent.

Suite was great for a budget-friendly 5 day stay. Two full baths with a separate bedroom from the sitting area were perfect for us, and the larger fridge made it much easier to keep our cooler items cold. The bedroom TV signal needed adjusted, but I forgot to mention that to staff.

It was good for the price but I don't think I will stay there again. The room was nice, but the hotel was pretty seedy

Okay for the price. Staff was either affective or very nice, no in between. Bathroom was not very clean.

Walls thin. Heard the couple bouncing around upstairs all night. Moaning. lol. Side door shattered but taped together. Bed was ok. Piece of gum stuck to the shower. Room smelled of cigarettes. Burn hole stains in the shower. Front desk woman was awesome. Thank you for being so kind.

The rooms are newly remodeled, but very dirty. Our room was covered in an inch of dust, there was a dirty towel hanging in the shower and a half drank gatorade in the fridge. Either we got a bad room or the reviews on hotels.com are very wrong about this hotel. It was a good price and they have a good thing going on if only they would keep it cleaned.
