Carpet was torn in most rooms that I got from them. neighbors were very noisy and TV weren't working very well. It was a decent stay but had lots of minor and some major problems with neighbors blaring their music late and early morning

I liked the way the desk staff worked with me allowing me some time the next day to come up with money I might be shy for the day's rent...

It was okay , it smells bad near elevator and trash room and obviously we get for what we paid Roaches were there, one of the cooking coil was not working, but was replaced once we raised concern. Thinking that these should have been addressed when it's being rented.

I was very upset because I was awoken at 4:42am . Someone was trying to get in my room, once I opened there was security and front desk and a lady. She claiming that was her sister room. The front desk men was rude and didn’t say anything nice or apologize to me. He asked how did you get this room and left after my respond. The women didn’t say much after that and both left without a word to me!!! The surety was the one who apologized and left. There were little black bugs which I killed two of them and curtains were burned and had holes. The rug was all dirty and pulled like and the back of. Ed was very dusty. Vey disgusting and disappointing
