Love the hotel

It started off badly when we were informed upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked by Expedia, and that there were no available rooms. That was a pit of the stomach pain knowing that Game 7 of the NBA Conference finals was that night. Staff member Oshayla Jones was very helpful even while knowing the significant challenges we were facing. She was calm and not reactive, giving us solutions knowing that Expedia had caused the problem. The biggest frustration was talking to an Expedia staff person who at best had average command of the English language. She was providing no solutions that made sense. She told me on the phone that she was using Google Maps to help find us a hotel. Google Maps? For crying out loud, I'm talking EXPEDIA staff and they don't ahve a back office way of finding what might be available? This could be our last time using Expedia. Ridiculous. Thankfully a hotel staff member came in mid-afternoon and knew of a room that might be available for us for the week as they hotel is going through some upgrading and updating. So the hotel worked out great. But not Expedia? I had been getting calls from a 417 area code phone number during the morning and no one left a voice mail. I get a lot of spam calls on my phone because of my real estate practice. Inexcusable that someone did not leave a voice message to call back asap when Expedia was aware of an overbooking problem.

The room was perfect!!!! Only bad flaw was the queen size bed but other than that, the room was perfect and the front desk staff was awesome and very professional.

Great customer service! The room was spacious and clean. Our room could have used a new fridge, but otherwise great. The staff made our stay excellent. They were all so friendly and helpful.

Room clean, but need to be update (bed),should have laundry room. Staff: excellents. Breakfast bagel old hard to cut and not much to select coffee not good. Only one restaurant and is awesome.

They had an issue with our room when the previous occupants checked out, so they got us 2 nicer rooms, same cost and a very nice gift basket. Front desk was very helpful. 100% would stay here again.

Right next to an excellent restaurant. The only other business in a closed, large shopping center. Rooms were obviously not cleaned thoroughly. Had to ask switch rooms as there was black mold in the bathroom and no working air. Next room has dirty wash cloth hanging on shower rod in with fold off curtain.

The location was in a weird spot due to a lot of shut down businesses, but right behind a Texas Roadhouse, which was really nice because I could actually walk to the restaurant!!! The staff was really helpful, friendly, and very aware of safety! Example was when I was sitting out in my car, it was late and I was out there for a while, but when I came back in, the front desk person made sure that I was alright and if I needed anything!!! I appreciate that, a lot!!!
