Don't be deceived! This is a normal airport hotel. I stayed at the hotel one night during a long layover. I was concerned about the cleanliness of an airport hotel and knew that it would be frequently visited by lax hotels. To my surprise, the hotel was clean! The rooms have been upgraded, and the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable. Since I did not hear the air traffic, the windows must have double panels. There were additional bonus items like the free airport shuttle and free breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

This is my favorite hotel on my way out of town. The bed is fantastic, and they served a delicious free breakfast. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. There is a Starbucks and pizza store just a few steps away on the property. Safe space. To use the elevator, you must have your room key. Wally is a fantastic robot that works as room service.

First and foremost, I want to thank the staff for listening to our concerns and assisting us in changing rooms. I deliberately waited for this review because I wanted to make sure my comments were as objective as possible. I generally enjoy staying in residence inn hotels because of the large rooms and amenities. We chose this hotel because of how close it was to lax when we visited our son in Las Vegas. We arrived at the hotel at about 100 a. M. After flying in from Hawaii in September 2022. A room with no working ac was assigned to us. We slept in sweltering 85 degrees hoping that the ac would work. In the morning, after talking to the maid, we indeed had a room with an inoperable ac, and we were switched to another room. The motel was being renovated. There were both hot and cold options available in the breakfast area. However, there weren't any toasters or waffle makers like other residence inns. The cost of parking was my final complaint. We paid $40. 00 per day for hotel parking. Other hotels near Lax have either free parking or no fee. Several pleasant features about this hotel including a donut shop and a jersey Mike subway for meals. I hope the motel is completed renovations and up to par with other residence inns I enjoy staying at.
